Kevin was our door technician and we are very satisfied with him and his service work. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and even called 15 minutes before arrival to let us know when he would arrive. He looked over our situation and explained what he would do to fix it. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt and very professional. He took care of our problem in an efficient manner without overcharging us. This was our first experience with Precision. We appreciated the communication in knowing when our technician would arrive along with the introductory email complete with pictures of all of the technicians. Their extended hours are also a big plus. From now on Precision will be the only company we call should a problem arise with our garage door.

I called Precision Door to come out and look at my garage door. Keep in mind, I own a house built in the 1940's, so i was worried my door would be too old for them to work on. Kevin, my technician, came out and foxed my door no prob. He didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. They were also right on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to any one in this area that needs help w/ any door problem.

Kevin came out initially when my garage door spring (yeah, just one) broke. We decided to get an insulated door to replace my flimsy sheet metal one and told me when he would be back to install it. Kevin always called ahead to let me know he was coming and did excellent work. No mess left to clean up, just a really great working/looking door. Wow - what great service. Sent an email inquiring about garage doors. John came out the same day and gave me a quote. Kevin replaced garage door and opener within a couple of hours. This is not our primary home, therefore I'm not always very familiar with area businesses. I tried calling two garage door companies, just by Google searches. One didn't return my call, and the other company made two visits and still couldn't manage to get me two garage door opener remotes. I made ONE call to Precision. The lady that answered my call imidiately went into action, figuring out how they would help me on the day of my call. They fit me in their busy schedule for that day, gave me the name of the service man, and immediately emailed me a picture of him. When he got here, it took Kevin less than 5 min to have my remotes programmed and running. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and they will always have our business. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their employees. Thank you!

Picked your shop out of the phone book. Your man was prompt and did a nice job. He did not have a spring for my door, but gave me an alternative way to replace. So far it seems to be satisfactory. He did say I would have an invoice e-mailed but I did not receive it.
