Austin came out and did a great job. He called when he was about 30mins from arriving and arrived on time. We had recently purchased a large SUV and needed 2-3 more inches of height under the door. After more than a week without an operational garage door while a family member tried to fix it, I called Precision. Even though I called after hours, I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the repair was complete within an hour. Plus, the bill from Precision to fix the problem was less than what I had already spent for the do-it-yourself-er to NOT fix it over the past week. Learn from my mistake: If your husband or friend says he can fix your garage door, just call Precision.

Service was extremely prompt and courteous. Spoke to an actual human being when I called, which was very gratifying.
