We called at 10 AM. You promised to be there between 2 PM and 4 PM, but actually arrived at 1:40 PM. completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Called at noon, service guy arrived at 2:30 and had the job finished in an hr. or so. Courteous , competent service and quality parts. A bit pricey yes, but worth it. You get what you pay for

Precision Overhead Garage Door Company sold and installed both our garage door and opener (on separate occasions). Yesterday our garage door opener bit the dust. Adam was out within 2 hours and said that he could repair the opener or replace it. We opted to replace it. He had it installed in about an hour. He was a refreshingly professional and friendly. You products are high quality and so are your installers. 5 stars to Adam and Precision.
