Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! We love Precision Overhead Doors. We wish other companies in any industry would operate with this same commitment to honesty, integrity, and the commitment to do the job right the first time. I have seen Precision ads on TV in the mornings, so when my garage door broke on a Sunday, I reached out via chat on their website before 6am on Monday. I was able to chat with someone and schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Before the tech arrived, there was excellent, clear information provided and a text was sent with the tech's picture and bio. Very impressive! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service! Thank you.

The best service you could ever ask for. Brad was polite and informative, and he solved not only one of my problems, but everything else that went along with it. It was beyond my expectations!!!! I chose precision because they had the highest reviews and we’ve had problems with a local service in the past. Brad did an amazing job! He was friendly and efficient and 100% concerned about safety, as I was. The bill was pricey but i would do it again (hopefully not in the next year or so ????) because of my experience and the product! My garage door not only works, but is so quiet now! And.. my husband loves the features the new motor has! Thanks Brad!

Brad was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and helpful to us regarding our defective Lift Master garage door opener. We have no qualms about his ability to do what was needed for the repair/replacement of our unit. However, unfortunately, the price he quoted to us to replace the single car garage door opener was outrageously expensive. We contacted another vendor, who gave us a price that was half what Precision quoted for us. Very disappointing. That explains the low rating we gave above for Precision.

The tech , Brad, was very good. I told him what was happening and he was quick to fix it and also point out a safety issue I had that I didn't know. One thing I really liked was that Brad didnt try to sell me anything - most companies send a sales rep to try and get the customer to spend more money. Brad didn't do that (thank goodness) - wanted to fix the problem and he did! Thank you!!

Precision Door Service did an excellent job with my repairs. Firstly, good telephone receptionist, very kind and helpful. Precision Door was available Thank God. That said, the technician, my man; Brad Riley was absolutely superb. Upon arrival, he talked with my wife first as I was out briefly picking up food. When I came back Brad was in the garage. Dumped my food, checked with my wife and wife said she really liked him. Stepped into garage and talked to Brad. I say this; Brad was extremely professional, engaging, clean cut, gave me full explanations of status, an accurate short suite of options. Q. what more could a customer ask for? You will never be disappointed with Precision Door. Great folks. Lastly, never hire anyone other than a United States Military veteran. Why? they are disciplined, taught how to serve others, and they care. Brad is a cool dude.
