George has been with Precision Door Service since 2002. He enjoys meeting new people every day and gets great personal satisfaction in making people's days better by fixing their doors and allowing them to get back to their busy lives without worrying about the safety or functionality of their garage door. George is happily married to his beautiful wife Robyn for 17 years and they have 3 rescue dogs that are their "kids". When he isn't fixing garage doors he enjoys running and training for half marathons.

George from the Precision Team sent us a text that he was on his way a little before the appointment time of 12 -2. He was punctual and honest with the diagnosis of our garage door problem. He adjusted the spring that operates the door when he could have said the spring was shot and charged us for a new one. That kind of honesty and integrity is what will get all of our families' future business. Additionally impressive was the bio that was sent which included a picture of George so that we were sure of who was coming to make the repair. Top notch and classy company! Thanks for your service!

I managed to mess up my garage door this morning, and fortunately, I stumbled upon Precision. George came out in no time flat and did an amazing fix, for a very fair price. I told him I was amazed that I could get a same day appointment, and he told me there are staff dedicated to installs, and staff dedicated to dealing with repairs. This is a great customer service philosophy, because what customer wants to wait any longer than necessary for an appointment to repair something?! Without a doubt, I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

On time, fixed the issue and was priced reasonably. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. And I’d like to add our technician was great. One spring had broken so we had them replace both. He stated there was no need to replace one of the doors wire cords, saving us money. Would recommend highly.

My initial call was to a competitor with outrageous rates. I simply typed garage door repair in my browser and Precession was at the top of the list. I choose Precession because there was no service call fee. The Technician George, was great. He was here approximately 30 minutes and corrected my issues. George was friendly and mission driven. After calling overhead door and AE door no services would be available until the next day. Asking the cell phone we got your phone number. We had 2 cars stuck in the garage and had appointments. George came and took care of our problem very quickly. His iservice was excellent and even added an extra spring which made the door operate smoother. Thanks to George he saved our day. I called on a Friday about one broken spring on our garage door. Greg, a professional and prompt technician arrived Saturday afternoon. We inquired about replacing the 2nd door’s spring since it was older, and Greg was able to replace both in 1 1/2 hours. No extra charge for Saturday service. Great service!
