i'm not as happy as I was with previous two service calls . service request was to replace one broken roller hinge on left side of door . simple fix I thought . problem is your doors use different hinges so initial fix was to replace all hinges along that row includes two new rollers . your service tech said because rollers come as a set I had to replace all the rollers . shaft length ( way too long ) was not compatible with remaining existing hinges .one problem I have is why all the rollers had to be replaced ? is reason you charge me for the set so why not ? so new rollers longer shaft existing hinges door did not move as smoothly as I thought it should . your technician and I discussed and basically I had all hinges replaced all rollers replaced . one broken hinge $400 later . door is working smoothly so there is that . your technician very polite professional . however I felt he was more interested in pointing out how door opener rail in his opinion installed too high above door . pointing out how door sags . still not clear why I had to use your rollers in existing hinges when these were fine . maybe worth a call and you can explain it to me . I like you guys . you all installed a key lock for manual release for me at Friars Grn . previous owner lost key . and you installed a new garage door opener . works great so far. this review probably for internal consumption .

The service technician throughly explained everything in terms I could understand since I don’t work on garage doors. Did everything professionally and cleaned up my garage cleaner than it was when he got here. Replaced everything and put up everything for two doors on under 6 hours. Very impressed with the work and love the new doors. Brent Stringfellow the technician did an amazing job and will recommend him to anyone I know in need of garage repairs.

Your tech was very engaging and knowledgable, represented your organization well. He was direct, and honest, and offered more than one option to correct my issues. I had 2 bottom rails, and seals replaced. Will be a customer for life.

Brent came out for a repair and we wound up replacing the whole door but I am glad we did. And I have to say there was never any pressure to do so. He laid out all my options with honest answers to all my questions. The install was done promptly and looks great. He cleaned up after himself and should me how to operate things. He was very courteous and communicated well. The only negative was that one panel of the door has a small dent which will eventually affect the seal and he said they will be back to replace it. I will post an addendum later. So far, highly recommend.

hello I had an Overhead door and could not reach a human to help me. I found your website and called, got a nice young lady who promptly scheduled me for a Saturday appt the next day (I work so Sat appts are great no taking off work!) I was informed all Saturday morning up until my service man arrived , Brent Stringfellow ( I was even sent a picture of Brent so I would Be sure the right person was who they said they were) Brent was very personable but professional. Explained all and did not pressure me for the top of the line. It was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. After a very bad experience with our Home Warranty Service Company, I called Precision. They were wonderful. We are elderly and depend on our garage door to open & close easily and work well. The door failed to close and we were home bound. We called Precision and they were here in less than 3 hours to solve the problem. We were very grateful for Brett who did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done. He arrived on time, courteous, and went right to work to solve the problem. From our initial phone call to the finish, everyone who was involved did an outstanding job. Very few companies offer this kind of service any more and it was a pleasure to find such an incredible company, service technician, and fair pricing. They exceeded our expectations. Our garage door stopped working at an inopportune time. I called the night it went out and Brent came out the next morning. He was great told us the problem and gave us the options to put money into it or get a new opener. Weighing it out we decided to get the new opener. He was able to install it that day and didn’t take long for him to install. He showed us how to use it and put the app on the phone as well.
