I saw your TV ad. Your technician was timely, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained in depth how to use the equipment he installed. He gave me options for the repairs needed and carried out all work. So far I am very pleased with his work. I will recommend your company to family and friends. I bought openers from Precision over a year ago and was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and the way everything was explained and the emphasis on safety. Today , David replaced both springs and rollers. He did a great job and explained everything. I will only use Precision in the future.

Jonathan was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He suggested I install a key in case my I find myself in the same situation ( my fault, dead battery on keypad and both remotes in the car). I liked the price and he was able to install the key today even though the squeezed me in.

I will recommend Precision to anyone. They were prompt in getting us a appt for our issue. Our technician, David Eilers, was thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us when he was finished fixing our issue. He even offered to bring us coffee before he got to our house which I thought super nice!! :) Thank you for everything. If we ever have any future issues, I know Precision and their great technicians will be right out to our rescue in no time!!

Called on Monday, David & David came on Wednesday to replace garage door opener. Very professional and fully explained the quote (gave me some options based on assessment). Replaced old opener, belts, wiring with new components.

Brian Payne was our technician today and he was outstanding. He did a complete inspection of our garage doors and openers. They were a 24 and 21 year old Craftsman. He showed me the problems with them and gave me options for replacement. Brian was on time and completed the work and installation as estimated. He then demonstrated all the safety features and operation to my complete satisfaction. Brian Payne is an excellent technician and communicator. I intend to use Precision Door Services for any future needs.

I was very pleased with the service received from Precision. The tech was a very pleasant and friendly guy, informative and helpful. A pleasure to talk with. The service was done quickly, quicker than I expected really. Obviously there was a cost but I given options at different price points that made it easier to make an informed decision. I would recommend this company especially if Rocco is the tech. He is an asset as he made me feel very comfortable, made the experience as painless as possible.

On time, fixed the issue and was priced reasonably. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. And I’d like to add our technician was great. One spring had broken so we had them replace both. He stated there was no need to replace one of the doors wire cords, saving us money. Would recommend highly.

I was not familiar with Precision before today, but I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were the only company who was willing to work us into their schedule today, as our door just broke this morning. Then, George showed up RIGHT at 2pm for a 2-4pm window, which is unheard of, but so appreciated. He was super friendly, quick, and professional, and the price was extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend them again!

We called at 10 AM. You promised to be there between 2 PM and 4 PM, but actually arrived at 1:40 PM. completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Our garage door opener stopped working about a week ago.All I wanted was a decent one installed at a fair price.The last company which put one in replaced it first, billed us right after and didn't even quote us.We ended up working it out, but it was a frustrating experience. Dealing with Precision was much better. I called John who put me in touch with the office , who in turn sent out Austin and within a day we were back up and running.What I liked so much about this was that Austin found the problem, called me with it and explained in laymans turns how he could fix the old one at such a cost or replace it with a new one at such a cost. And by the way, my wife found the last bill from about 15 years ago and Precisions new garage door opener was only a little more. Thank you.

My spring got busted on Sunday and the garage door became almost non-functional. I called Precision because they were not one of the large and faceless companies and they serve my area. To my surprise, the owner answered my phone call and showed up at my door an hour later to assess the damage -- really? who answers their phone calls and works on Sundays these days! In any case, John explained all the options to me and was very flexible in scheduling the time for a technician to come on Monday. The technician showed up exactly on time, repaired the spring and tightened up all the assemblies on both of my garage doors. If the quality of the work holds up with time, I will definitely use Precision to replace my garage doors, assemblies and motors when we budget for those.
