Jonathan was on time and worked continually. Pre-work phone calls and texts. He inspected the doors and presented us with 3 corrective options. No sales pressure, just options and facts. He answered all of our questions and gave us full explanations. He had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the job with him. Following the installation, we were given an overview and a demonstration of all the work he had done. The entire job was done in under 3 hours and the area left cleaner than it was before. We are so glad our neighbor recommended Precision to us.

Robert was very good he went above and beyond to explain and make sure I understand what needed to be done and why!!! He replaced our spring as it has broken and replaced cable and rollers on both doors!!!! He took pictures and told me what was wrong and presented me with options and I made decisions on what I wanted done!!! I asked about replacing our doors he said they are still in good shape!!! I highly recommend him because he takes his time and truly cares

I think the cost was in excess for what he did 69.00 dollars for pulley each other then that the service was good .

Called precision garage door because of your excellent rating on google and mostly great customer reviews. Brian Payne was the tech who did repairs to two garage doors. He was very nice and friendly and gave great customer service (even offered to bring me a cup of coffee)! He is knowledgeable about his work and did a great job. If I need any garage repair or replace in the future I will use Precision and request Brian Payne.

David was awesome! He handled things very professionally & explained everything to my wife who said he explained things so that she could clearly understand. He gave several options as well so that we could make the best decision based on our needs. He was courteous & knowledgeable about all aspects of the services that he could provide. I called Precision on May 21, 2019 because my garage door would not open; the spring broke, etc. Mr. Ranier Salcedor arrived and reviewed my problem. He gave me three quotes; two were for repair costs and one was for a replacement door. Due to the age of the door, I elected to replace my door. Ray arrived at 8:15 AM the following morning and installed my new garage door. He did an outstanding job. Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of garage doors!!!
