My garage door spring broke (with the door down), in the morning and was repaired same day. This was important since my only vehicle was trapped inside the garage. It was not possible to lift the door manually. The service repairman, Johnathan Guffey, even arrived earlier than scheduled. He worked in the pouring rain to insure same day service. He was very friendly as well as knowledgable. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing same day response.

We were very happy with the service received on 2/11/2023. The technician was prompt and very professional. We were given three options and prices after he inspected the door. It raises so smoothly and quietly now. I give Precision Door 5 stars.

The crew worked very hard on a very hot day. David, David & David were all very professional and polite! The work was done very well and in a timely manner. They took all trash and cleaned the floor before they left. Overall an excellent experience and quality work.

We are new to Cincinnati. The garage doors on our new home were not working properly so we called Precision. David came out the next day and was able to repair both doors in a couple of hours. Now they are working well.

Precision was awesome! I got an appointment quickly and George was the best! He was on time, explained the issues to me and my options, including answering all my questions. When he finished he showed me how to use all the pieces and cleaned up all the materials, taking them with him. I couldn't be happier!
