The entire experience was professional and efficient. When you call, there is a very pleasant person, Heidi who answers. No need to leave a message. I called yesterday and the garage was fixed today, Austin called prior to arriving and was on time. He explained what needed to be done and then got to it. The door needed work done to the spring pulley system that was not done properly by Overhead Garage Door less than 2 years ago. I am more than satisfied, I would highly recommend using this company. They are precise. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Selected Precision Door because they were able to get a tech. here within an hour of my call. Door opener was not working. Chris (tech), after looking at it suggested a replacement and I agreed as the old one was 20 years old. Also suggested replacing the springs and rollers. Same 20 years so I said OK. Chris was professional and answered my questions.

This is not our primary home, therefore I'm not always very familiar with area businesses. I tried calling two garage door companies, just by Google searches. One didn't return my call, and the other company made two visits and still couldn't manage to get me two garage door opener remotes. I made ONE call to Precision. The lady that answered my call imidiately went into action, figuring out how they would help me on the day of my call. They fit me in their busy schedule for that day, gave me the name of the service man, and immediately emailed me a picture of him. When he got here, it took Kevin less than 5 min to have my remotes programmed and running. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and they will always have our business. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their employees. Thank you!
