Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Kevin.

Scheduling online was easy. Our service tech, Kevin O'Hara called in advance of his arrival and the company sent me a text message with a picture of Kevin and a brief bio. Nice touch. Kevin called me after he looked at the problem door, and talked thru three estimates (Good, Better, Best) he was able to prepare on-site. And to my surprise he said he was able to solve anyone of the three options right away. Wow! After I confer with my wife on the options, we will call back and get the systems fixed. Definitely recommend this company

Late Friday afternoon, the spring on our garage door broke. I immediately thought of Precision Door from the commercials I have seen on TV. I really didn't think we could get the door fixed until the following Monday, at the earliest. I was wrong, I was offered the 8-10 a.m. slot on Sunday morning. I agreed to this time. Kevin O'Hara called at 8:00am telling me he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. He sent a text with his information and his photo on it so I would know he was the man Precision was sending. He arrived in less than 20 minutes. Kevin is very personable and easy to talk to. He wrote up 3 possible scenarios for the fix of our door, allowing us to select the proper fit for us. He said it would take approximately 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Kevin and the entire process with Precision Door. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who should ask (and probably to those who don't).

My torsion spring broke overnight and I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't budge. Called Precision Overhead Garage Doors and they had Kevin out fast. He was polite, walked me through what he was doing, and had it done quickly. The surprise was how quiet the door is now. I had no idea how loud the old setup had gotten until it wasn't. You get used to things. Nobody enjoys spending money on a repair. If I had to, I'm glad it was with these guys.

Call Precision at 2:30 afternoon on a Thursday with a garage door opener not working. Previous call to another company said they could not come out until the following Monday which did not work with our schedule. Precision was able to schedule a visit with a 2-hour window, also saying that they have parts on the truck to make the repair. Showed up about 4:30 and saw the concern, talked over the quote, and with approval he got to work. He said it would take about 45 minus to an hour, and he was right. New opener looks great and works great as well. My hat is off to Precision, great work by all your company's employees. Person taking my call to the technician who did the work. When our garage doors were not working properly, I found that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was highly rated and offered a chat option to discuss our concerns. He was knowledgeable and informative of our units’ needs, offered good, better, best options to consider and as able to perform the replacements same day. His work exceeded our expectations, and both top quality garage door openers, springs, drums, rollers, remotes and video keypad, pretty much all moving parts were working before he left. Kevin was professional, courteous and didn’t even complain about the three hours of hard work in 90 degree heat. The service received was exceptional. We had Precision come out last year to fix a spring on one of our garage doors and they were very professional and helpful. So, when our other garage started acting up we did not hesitate to call again. We were told that someone could be here the same day between 4-6. Kevin arrived at 4:30 P.M. He was very professional. He came in and asked what problems we were having. He then looked at the door and figured out what was wrong. He then gave us prices and a timeframe of when it would be done. And then within the time frame he had the door back up and working. He was our hero.

20 yr old garage door opener with noisy chain needed replacing. Kevin with Precision came out and did a wonderful job replacing the opener. He is personable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. Explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. When the job was complete he went over how to use the new opener and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and opener service. I am extremely pleased with the service and my new opener. Lightning took out one of our openers. Precision Garage Door took my call on a Sunday morning, had a truck at our house by 11AM. Kevin (installer) was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. Since our house is 18 years old and everything was pretty much near the end of useful life (openers, springs, cables, rollers) we ended up replacing the works. Not cheap, but now we have peace of mind that we can expect reliable operation and service for years to come. Also the new openers have camera's built in, and a new security protocol to reduce risk of hackers opening the doors. The whole job was done by 3PM.
