After waking up Sunday morning to a broken spring on our 18' garage door, we searched online for a qualified LiftMaster repair dealer. Kevin arrived at our home early evening and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our door is 15 years old, has plastic rollers, and supports a very heavy door. Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. Scheduling online was easy. Our service tech, Kevin O'Hara called in advance of his arrival and the company sent me a text message with a picture of Kevin and a brief bio. Nice touch. Kevin called me after he looked at the problem door, and talked thru three estimates (Good, Better, Best) he was able to prepare on-site. And to my surprise he said he was able to solve anyone of the three options right away. Wow! After I confer with my wife on the options, we will call back and get the systems fixed. Definitely recommend this company

Late Friday afternoon, the spring on our garage door broke. I immediately thought of Precision Door from the commercials I have seen on TV. I really didn't think we could get the door fixed until the following Monday, at the earliest. I was wrong, I was offered the 8-10 a.m. slot on Sunday morning. I agreed to this time. Kevin O'Hara called at 8:00am telling me he would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. He sent a text with his information and his photo on it so I would know he was the man Precision was sending. He arrived in less than 20 minutes. Kevin is very personable and easy to talk to. He wrote up 3 possible scenarios for the fix of our door, allowing us to select the proper fit for us. He said it would take approximately 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Kevin and the entire process with Precision Door. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who should ask (and probably to those who don't).

My torsion spring broke overnight and I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't budge. Called Precision Overhead Garage Doors and they had Kevin out fast. He was polite, walked me through what he was doing, and had it done quickly. The surprise was how quiet the door is now. I had no idea how loud the old setup had gotten until it wasn't. Call Precision at 2:30 afternoon on a Thursday with a garage door opener not working. Previous call to another company said they could not come out until the following Monday which did not work with our schedule. Precision was able to schedule a visit with a 2-hour window, also saying that they have parts on the truck to make the repair. Showed up about 4:30 and saw the concern, talked over the quote, and with approval he got to work. He said it would take about 45 minus to an hour, and he was right.
