Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati exceeded my expectations. The associate who came over to my home called me first, offering to come earlier. I would've accepted such service, but it was not possible. What I did like is that the associate offered me a bottle of water, I accepted the offer, and he brought me a small bottle. Jimmy S. did a good job. I explained to him the issue (that my garage door was not closing as a result of a broken wire). After he came over, everything not only worked like a charm, but Jimmy made everything look even better than it did before. I wish I could give him more than just a good rating, as it's well deserved. This kind of service is non-existent with the gruesome displeasure of the Garage Door brand people. The two times I called those jokers I was greeted with unprofessionalism like I never experienced before. Precision door is right where it's at. Thanks, Precision, for doing an outstanding job.

My technician was Christophe Woods My spring broke and I called immediately the scheduled me the next morning. My spring broke but I also had issues with my opener. Chris assessed everything and went through throughly what was going on. He repaired my spring and installed an opener. He then walked me through on how to set up and use my opener. He is very professional and knowledgeable! I can’t say nothing but positive things about Chris! I really appreciate you taking the time and doing a great job for me! The prices on the other hand was shocking but I haven’t had to do anything with my garage for a few years. Everything is expensive now! Thanks so much Chris!

I was ripped off and given bad information from the technician! I called several other garage door repair centers, after having Precision do the work. I could have saved myself $500. I was told by the technician that it is per building code that my garage door have two springs. This is not the case. He lied to me. The technician took it upon himself to remove the circuit board from my garage door for no apparent reason. Before he removed the board I told him the only problem I ever had with the door was the current broken spring. He also concocted other issues from non-issues. It was clearly a case of trying to up sell me so he could make more money on his commission. Other companies I contacted provide estimates either free or over the phone. Precision never told me that I would be responsible for a $150 service charge if I didn't do any service that day. I felt trapped, as the door only had one spring, that was broken, and I couldn't get either of my cars out of the garage to make an appointment. I will be reaching out to the BBB to file a complaint and Precision door only looking to overcharge consumers.

Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment.
