We found Precision through a quick google search and Facebook recommendations and were blown away by their quick response and ability to stop by same day. Our tech did a full inspection of our garage doors, noted concerns and presented a number of recommendations to ensure we would operate effectively and safely after repairs. We loved how their approach was risk based and they never tried to sell us something we didn't need. The tech explained why certain things should be repaired or replaced for safety and presented 3 different options for us to choose from. All repairs and installation were completed right then and there and our problems completely resolved with one house call! I had a great experience with Precision. The technician, David, had a hard time getting here with all the detours and road blocks, but he made it! He let me know what was going on via phone call every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the problem with my door, and options to fix it. He was very personable, and even texted me his picture and info about himself so I would know who he was when he got here. He fixed my door and it works perfectly. I would recommend Precision!

David was the Service Tech that came to my house. He called about 30 minutes ahead of time, so I knew when to expect him. I also received a text with his name and picture, so I knew who to look for. He was very professional and thorough. Told me what he was going to do regarding inspection. After inspection, he talked with me and let me know what he found. He showed me what was broken and told me what needed to be done. He gave me three options of what he could do to resolve our issues with the door. No pressure from him as to which option I should choose. When I told him which option, he stayed and made the repairs right then. I ended up needing a new garage door opener, sensors, Key pad, and springs. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Precision ! They gave me an appointment within 2 days of my initial request and arrived with everything needed to replace an outdated and somewhat unsafe 35 + year old system. The technician, David Allen, was very knowledgeable and provided several options for the replacement. I chose a new torsion system and couldn't be more pleased. It is so quiet and came with a motion detection overhead interior light, battery backup and exterior wireless key pad as well as an interior control pad with time of day and temperature features. None of these were present on my old system. Once everything was installed, I decided to request the same replacement items on my second garage door. David was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, once again showed up on time and completed the expert install in short order. Both door projects were completely cleaned up and old equipment removed. Best home improvement service I've ever had !
