Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician showed up on time, He was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. No one want tospend money fixing a garage door but it is an essential access to your house and your safety. I was givien three options. The work was finished quickly, all the parts were available and a 25 year old garage door functioned like new when he left, no mess at all.

I tried to put a review on your website, but it says it doesnt support a secure connection. You might want to upgrade to HTTP if you want to get more reviews. Technician David Allen replaced everything in my garage because the motor etc broke down. He did an outstanding job in a short period of time. He was easy to talk to - knowledgeable about what needed to be done - and let me make my own decision as to total cost. The garage door is working great now. It was nice to have his photo and write up before he arrived. I will definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to others in the future. Thanks! Mary Cates

I had a trapped car to do a broken spring. My usual door company couldn't come out for 3 days! I called Precision and they came right out. Very friendly service on the phone. The technician came out and fixed the springs with no problem. Also showed how my previous company had been replacing my springs with cheap ones that wore out every 2000 openings and gave me the option to pick any of 3 different grades of springs. No pressure, just gave me the facts and answered any questions. very knowledgeable. Great job!

Wonderful experience, first company I called with great reviews that could come out the quickest. Very friendly and professional service. We were given many options to choose from with the repairs that were needed. Once our new motors were installed we were walked through the set up process with both doors, keyless entry pads and the app on our phones. Dave also programmed our cars with the new remotes. Just an awesome experience all around.

Fantastic service! My garage door broke in the up position after- hours and that night, I set up an appt on-line for the next day. This is the first experience I have had with Precision Door Services. Our garage door wire broke on Sunday evening leaving unable to open our door. I called the number for PDS and my call was answered by a live person. They scheduled a service call for Monday morning between 10-12pm. I received a call around 9am from David Allen who let me know he was on another job and would call on his way to our home. David called back just before 10am to let me know he was going to stop and get gas and would be to our house shortly after. After hanging up, I received a text with David’s picture and bio (nice touch), David arrived on-time, introduced himself and proceeded to the garage to assess the damage. He explained their process throughly and said he would evaluate the damage and have a few options to review with me. David reviewed the issues he found and went over the options for repair. Once approved, David began the repairs. After completion, David went over the new system and answered all my questions. David was very polite and professional at his job. I was impressed with how efficient he was working by himself and how he took pride in his installation. I would recommend David and PDS to anyone looking for a professional garage service company. David arrived at our home and conducted an inspection of the garage door. Our older genie opener apparently was the problem. David explained the options and pricing for a new Liftmaster opener and work that needed to be done. David was very friendly and professional and proceeded to do the work.
