The torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called several other garage door companies and was not able to get a prompt repair scheduled. I called Precision Garage Door as a first time customer and was very pleasantly surprised when they could get to my repair in just a couple of hours. The repair person, Geoffrey, was actually a little earlier than anticipated, which I appreciated since I had some errands to run and couldn’t get my car out of the garage.
