The torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called several other garage door companies and was not able to get a prompt repair scheduled. I called Precision Garage Door as a first time customer and was very pleasantly surprised when they could get to my repair in just a couple of hours. The repair person, Geoffrey, was actually a little earlier than anticipated, which I appreciated since I had some errands to run and couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Geoffrey was very professional. With the timely repair and the professionalism of the phone scheduler and repair person, I will be a repeat customer whenever garage door services are needed.

Fantastic service! My garage door broke in the up position after- hours and that night, I set up an appt on-line for the next day. Their expert technicians, David and Seth, diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and completed the repair within 18 hours of the door breaking. They cleaned up the area and took all broken parts with them.
