I had an excellent experience with Jimmy for my garage door repair. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Jimmy replaced my springs, tension wires, and door rollers efficiently and with great attention to detail. The entire job was completed in a timely manner, and the difference in how smoothly and quietly my garage door operates now is noticeable. Easy process, book on the web or by phone. Tech, Kevin, called 30 minutes out to say he's on his way, arrived at scheduled time. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. Repair was made on site, no going for parts or multiple trips for service, back up an running in no time. Great experience.

Harley Carter delivered exemplary service. He effectively communicated every step of the process. His arrival was prompt, and he provided same-day service (here in 1 hour). I initially contacted a competitor (AE), which advertised same-day service for calls made before 10:00 AM. However, they were fully booked by 9:30 AM and could only offer service within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate that they take the time to call me in advance and provide a heads-up about the upcoming service. It adds a personal touch when they send a photo along with a detailed description of the technician who will be coming to my home. It's a thoughtful gesture that makes the experience feel friendlier and more trustworthy! Harley was courteous and professional. It would be nice if all companies conducted business this way.

I have been having intermittent issues with the sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a while. I called Precision to see if this was something they could take a look at and, possibly, fix. With a same-day appointment, Jimmy Schmidt was my assigned tech and he asked lots of questions as he tried to diagnosis the issue. After completing the 3-point check, it was discovered that the motor to the opener was running hard because the door was not balanced. After explaining the issue, he put together comprehensive quotes from the minimum repair to a complete repair (spring, opener and rollers), all of which were reasonable. Jimmy completed most of the work and made sure I understood everything before leaving. The only thing he wasn't able to complete was a replacement weatherstripping as he didn't have the correct size. However, he returned the next business day to complete that part of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for garage door needs.

Our service tech's name was Jimmy Schmidt. He asked me what was going on and he checked the door and all it's mechanics. He then explained and showed me what needed to be fixed and went over our options. Jimmy was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for any garage door services. Quick response and on time. I found them on our local tv station that's why we decided to call them .

We were grossly over charged to change a spring. We called another company and they're doing 2 other garage door springs at our house for less than their price for ONE door. I guess since we are senior citizens, we didn't know any better. And then, when we tried to open the door the next morning, it didn't work. they had to send out another guy to "sync" it.
