I had two garage doors replaced after 35 years. The salesman and installer very courteous and knowledgably. The installer came out on a very cold day and did an outstanding job. Very happy with the results and a fair price for the quality of the product.

Mike came to our house, on time, and with more courtesy than I’ve ever seen! He stopped to get gas and even offered to bring me a cold beverage! His questions about my garage door opener were thorough. Despite the heat, he got right to work and completed the task, even taking extra steps to replace something he didn’t think looked right. I won’t hesitate to use the company’s services again!!

I called your company for repair on my garage door. Explained problem in detail, made appt for the next week. The day before tech was to arrive, the office called, wanted to know again what problem was. I explained again. She said "we don't repair panels", I asked why did you schedule the appt then. I was irritated, just order a new door. Said be in in 2 weeks, 3 weeks later the door was in. Jonathan stopped 2 days before install to verify measurements and to make sure he had everything when he returned. He arrived today, installed door, no problems, made sure I was happy with the door and if I had any questions. He did an awesome job, and was very personable to talk with. Even though I got the run around at first, I am satisfied with the door and with John.

I had a great experience with Precision. The technician, David, had a hard time getting here with all the detours and road blocks, but he made it! He let me know what was going on via phone call every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the problem with my door, and options to fix it. He was very personable, and even texted me his picture and info about himself so I would know who he was when he got here. He fixed my door and it works perfectly. I would recommend Precision!

The service provided by Jonathan Guffey was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything. After assessing the issue I was given a clear path and options to try first to resolve the problem. Jonathan was very efficient with his time as we tried one item by one to correct. In the end he resolved the problem, as I mentioned the work was completed in a timely manner for the amount of work he had to do. He assisted with setting up the new keyless entry and the wireless connection with the MyQ app for remote operation. Extremely polite and not pushy with his time. Very pleased with the work he completed.
