My husband is unable to do the necessary repairs so I called Precision. Harley was to repair our opener but ended up replacing toe opener. He is top quality at what he does. He was right on time, did an outstanding job checking out the old opener and replacing it with a new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to any and all that may need service! Loved them!!!!!!

When our garage doors were not working properly, I found that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was highly rated and offered a chat option to discuss our concerns. The chat employee was extremely helpful and got us set up for an appointment later that same day. Kevin called before he arrived and arrived early. He was knowledgeable and informative of our units’ needs, offered good, better, best options to consider and as able to perform the replacements same day. His work exceeded our expectations, and both top quality garage door openers, springs, drums, rollers, remotes and video keypad, pretty much all moving parts were working before he left. Kevin was professional, courteous and didn’t even complain about the three hours of hard work in 90 degree heat. The service received was exceptional. Will definitely spread the word and work with Precision again!

On a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. our garage door would not open. It was suddenly broken in every way - spring, coil pulleys, etc. We could not even lift the door to get our car out. I called and was greeted with a friendly scheduler who assured me that not only would they come out today but they could also fix it todayl! My faith in customer service was restored! Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, but they were going coming out to make the repairs on a Saturday! The scheduler and the service tech were knowledgeable and friendly on a Saturday!!! The tech was coming out between 10 and 12. When he called during the scheduled window to let me know he was headed our way, he also informed me that when we hung up, I would receive a text from the company with his photo and bio for safety and security purposes. (This truly was impressive.) Once on site, the service tech was very informative and answered all of our questions before, during, and after he installed the new system. He demonstrated how everything worked, cleaned up all the packaging and old parts, and left us feeling confident we made a good choice today. We would highly recommend Precision!

The torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called several other garage door companies and was not able to get a prompt repair scheduled. I called Precision Garage Door as a first time customer and was very pleasantly surprised when they could get to my repair in just a couple of hours. The repair person, Geoffrey, was actually a little earlier than anticipated, which I appreciated since I had some errands to run and couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Technician Justin Napierala was extremely professional. He went through every step of the process with us and asked if we had questions. He did a great job and when he was finished walked us through what he completed and again made sure we were happy and if had any questions again. Harley Carter delivered exemplary service. He effectively communicated every step of the process. His arrival was prompt, and he provided same-day service (here in 1 hour). I initially contacted a competitor (AE), which advertised same-day service for calls made before 10:00 AM. However, they were fully booked by 9:30 AM and could only offer service within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate that they take the time to call me in advance and provide a heads-up about the upcoming service. It adds a personal touch when they send a photo along with a detailed description of the technician who will be coming to my home. It's a thoughtful gesture that makes the experience feel friendlier and more trustworthy! Harley was courteous and professional. It would be nice if all companies conducted business this way.

I have been having intermittent issues with the sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a while. I called Precision to see if this was something they could take a look at and, possibly, fix. With a same-day appointment, Jimmy Schmidt was my assigned tech and he asked lots of questions as he tried to diagnosis the issue. After completing the 3-point check, it was discovered that the motor to the opener was running hard because the door was not balanced. After explaining the issue, he put together comprehensive quotes from the minimum repair to a complete repair (spring, opener and rollers), all of which were reasonable. Jimmy completed most of the work and made sure I understood everything before leaving. The only thing he wasn't able to complete was a replacement weatherstripping as he didn't have the correct size. However, he returned the next business day to complete that part of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for garage door needs.

We were grossly over charged to change a spring. We called another company and they're doing 2 other garage door springs at our house for less than their price for ONE door. I guess since we are senior citizens, we didn't know any better. And then, when we tried to open the door the next morning, it didn't work. they had to send out another guy to "sync" it.
