Cleans up all the junk items and cardboard boxes when work is done. The installer was very nice but I was quoted a price on the phone for spring replacement at $240-460 and after the technician inspected all parts and take apart the door opener, he gives a estimate for $900. Another company had quoted me $365 total but couldn’t come today. So I told him that I would wait for the other company, so I got stuck with $150 bill for an inspection/service charge that I didn’t want instead of telling the price up front.

The technician was on time, earlier in fact as there was a cancellation prior to our scheduled appointment. He took the time to look up prior service on this garage door performed by Precision before he came out, and was able to inform us that the spring Precision installed in 2015 was under warranty, and would be replaced at no charge. We initially called your company from an ad on tv and have heard good things about your service. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick we were given an appointment for service the next morning. Johnathan arrived and throughout fixing our door was very neat and clean and checked everything and then informed me that the circuit board was going bad but would probably last a year or two.
