Yesterday morning trying to leave for work, the garage door would not open. Springs and cables were all broke. Tried another company but they couldn’t get out until a day later and late in the afternoon. I went on Precisions website and was able to schedule an appointment same day between 4-6 PM. The technician, Chris, messaged me and said he could be here earlier if okay and got here a little after 2. He was absolutely great to work with and explained all of the options and gave me his thoughts, while also asking for my thoughts on what to do. No pressure at all. Picked what I wanted done and he proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick time while even doing a little more to help ensure the life of our garage door. He was extremely communicative and kept me up to date thru the whole process. He explained the new equipment, got it all setup, walked my wife and thru the app and set everything up. And in two hours he was done and gone and other than the new QUIETER operation and new opener and parts you would not have known he was here. What a great professional to help us out and a pleasure to work with. Great representation of your company and would definitely use again. Have already told others how great he was and recommend using your company for their needs. Thanks again for the help and quick response.

My experience with this company was excellent, beginning with the upfront call to set up the appointment to the end of the repair visit. All parties involved were very professional. The plans were explained to me with no pressure to buy one over the other; I got to choose what was best for my circumstances. I was shown what the issues were, and after the repairs were made, was shown where the repairs were made and the additional items I received. I am definitely pleased with a much brighter light for my garage and the sensor lights. Overall, I am happy with this experience, this company, and very happy to recommend them. You won't regret your call to them!

Kevin from Precision Garage Door was a wonderful experienced technician...he seemed very honest, cared about my mom's safety when it came to her garage door and did good job talking to her as she very leary of contractors now after being ripped off by chimney people. He told us everything needed & after it was all said and done got door working perfect at a surprisingly good price. Thank you Kevin... we're first time customers of this company now we'll be lifetime!!! Oh and did I mention he even offered bring us coffee when he stopped at store on the way!! I give this rating as customer service was not up to standard in my opinion, tech Justin was a great guy, professional, did a great job on the install, went over everything, after he completed the job, and had left ended up with an issue, called the company and customer service was supposed to get in touch with someone to see if someone could come back and address the issue and was supposed to call me back to advise, which they did schedule for someone to come the next day, well never received a call back after waiting almost 40 minutes! So ended up calling them and they did get in touch with Justin and he came back and took care of the issue, so great service from Justin but not customer service. And first time I have used this company so will have to think on it next time.

Quick service... the representative arrived within just a few hours of my initial phone call. Service representative (Justin N) was extremely professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to listen to all my concerns, and to answer all my questions. Justin was also very respectful of my property. Precision Door may charge a little bit more than some of the other companies in town, however it is clear that their parts are of a higher quality, and their warranties also appear to be superior to other companies.
