Our service call turned into installation of garage door openers because we had an excellent service representative, Harley Carter, who took the time to explain all of our options with pricing on each. He was an amazing worker and answered all the many questions we had about the job. We are still shocked that the work was completed in one evening. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency and quickness of the installation. Harley's number will definitely go on our phone. Good customer service is very hard to come by, but your company lives up to its advertising.

Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts. He got right to work and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Harley was a nice young man. We are very appreciative of them working us into their schedule today

I made an appointment with Precision Door due to seeing daylight coming into the garage from a few spots around the perimeter of one of our garage doors. Thanks to the thorough inspection Seth Boyers performed, he found the belt frayed in a couple spots which would have failed in the near future. A “surprise” garage door failure is never a good experience. Our new opener is a welcomed relief. Seth was very professional in our discussions and in his work. His workmanship was noteworthy. Yesterday, I had my garage doors serviced / repaired by David Eilers with Precision Garage Door Service. David was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and I appreciated the fact that the technician texted his picture / bio info. prior to arriving so that you easily recognize him. After extensively investigating the issue I was experiencing with my garage door, I was offered several options to resolve my problem. David was very meticulous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We ended up converting our older pulley, cable & spring system over to the solid torsion tube, to hopefully avoid any balance issues & excessive stress on our motors going forward. He was very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the service we received from David Eilers, and would definitely consider calling Precision Garage Door Service again for any future needs. Thank you-

I tried to call another company to come repair a broken spring. They were not able to make it out for 5 days. I remembered seeing a commercial for Precision and figured I would give them a call. They were able to come out the following morning. I was given an estimated time of arrival between 10 and 12. The technician Christopher called me at 9:00 to tell me he was finishing up his first job and would be heading my way. At 9:30 he called to say he was on his way after stopping for fuel. Christopher even offered to pick a coffee up for me. Upon arrival he took time to discuss not only the issue with the broken spring but overall function of the door, opener and second garage door as well. After our discussion I decided to address a few other maintenance items. The work was completed beyond my expectations. Christopher’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service focused approach was second to none. It really was refreshing to have such a positive customer service experience. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door service.

Easily able to book an appointment online. Service Tech called to let us know about timing and when he would arrive. Explained everything about their process prior to inspection and then provided a complete breakdown of services and options to suite our needs. Fixed our broken spring and upgraded some of our old worn out parts. He did provide an overall review of what was repaired and provided details about other possible updates/upgrades if we decided we needed those options down the line. Great service and support! The service tech was courteous and professional and the work that was completed was done well. My only surprise was the $50 credit card fee that I discovered on my invoice after the fact. If I had been advised about the fee I would have used another form of payment.

I spoke to Elizabeth on the morning of my appointment and she was able to offer me an appointment earlier than expected, yay! She was professional and very nice, telling me to expect a message and call from David. David sent message and called to say he would be here with 25 minutes. He was right on time! David was also professional and super nice, asking me questions to figure out what was wrong. He gave me 4 options of what could be done and applied no pressure to pick the most expensive option. He was very through showing me what was wrong and how it would repaired. The repairs took less than an hour and he called me out to show me everything he’d done. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needed garage door repairs. Thank you David, Elizabeth and the whole team!
