This company answered my phone call immediately and set me up with an appointment the same day. The receptionist was very kind/courteous. The technician who performed the work, called to let me know that he was on his way, just as the receptionist stated he would. He even stated that he had to stop for gas and wanted to know if I needed anything,... coffee, etc. He arrived at the exact time stated and was very kind and clear in his information. He explained what he was going to do,.... assess, and determine needs.... every step of the way and informed me of possible solutions to my garage door requests/needs. He worked diligently, told me my options, and asked which one I might want to do and each one, he provided pros and possible cons. No pressure. Totally at my decision. Once I told him my requests, he IMMEDIATELY started the repair. The entire process took about an hour and a half. Worked dilligently, very kind, and showed me the difference....because he ran the door initially, and then when repaired....HUGE difference....So kind and respectfull. They even sent me a picture of the technician BEFORE he arrived so I know who was supposed to be coming for the repair. Very impressed with the entire process/repair. Thank You!!! Highly recommend. (They had also visited our house a few years ago and he know exactly what had been done and when. )

Prompt response to service call. After Geoff the technician reviewed our situation he gave us several options right away that would resolve our garage door problem. I booked online yesterday and had them out today the website was super easy to navigate. My garage door wasn’t operating and I figured the motor was shot. Geoffrey Grouse from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati confirmed it. He pointed out burn marks on the circuit board and explained that the damage had been building for a while, which lined up with the issues I’d been having before it finally quit. He replaced the opener, went through the whole door, and swapped out the worn parts so everything was balanced and running right. Door’s running perfectly now highly recommend.
