Our technician Geoff was great. He asked all the right questions gave us 3 different options after a very thorough inspection. We gave him the go ahead with the best and most expensive option to get the lifetime warranty. He told us the job would take about 2.5 hours he was finished and cleaned up just inside the 2.5 hours. Very polite respectful young man. Obviously wasn’t planning on it costing as much as it did but I do feel like it was money well spent. Geoff replaced everything but the door itself.

Came out to a busted spring and needed whole system replaced. Tech was great and they came out within an hour on Sunday morning, Mother’s Day. Everything looks and works great. Wish I was a bit more diligent looking at pricing because it seems even with it being a holiday Sunday, most sources are saying I overpaid nearly $750-$1000. Great, speedy service and awesome tech overall.

The overall experience at Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was fantastic. My call was handled incredibly professionally, and a technician was at my house within an hour which is remarkable.
