He quickly performed an inspection of the entire garage door system and discussed the issues that he found during the process. I booked online yesterday and had them out today the website was super easy to navigate. My garage door wasn’t operating and I figured the motor was shot. Geoffrey Grouse from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati confirmed it. He pointed out burn marks on the circuit board and explained that the damage had been building for a while, which lined up with the issues I’d been having before it finally quit. He replaced the opener, went through the whole door, and swapped out the worn parts so everything was balanced and running right. Door’s running perfectly now highly recommend.

This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors.
