Very pleased from the original service call for a broken spring. To replacing all the rollers and tuning the door. A frayed cable was missed at that time but after notifying the issued it was fixed very quickly. Fast forward to today noticed cable was frayed again and found cable rubbing mounting bracket . Tried to sell us a new opener stating no parts available for current model, said our spring was broken and new rollers needed. Quoted $2400+ dollars for all of it. Called another company, they repaired current opener and adjusted the tension on the spring. Total was $255. Deceptive business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
