Had an issue on a Saturday afternoon and called Precision, as it is a well known name in the business around town. Anthony Gilbert was our service rep and here was here about 2 hours after our call. He did a great job analyzing the issue and we settled on what needed to be done. He also stayed until everything worked perfectly and worked the way he would want his garage door to work. Great service overall!

I cannot be more please with the results! Justin Napierala spent the time to fully evaluate my garage door problem and recommended a solution. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. He stayed until we were comfortable with the new opener and the technology that operates it. The former noisy door is now as quiet as I had hoped. I would recommend Precision and Justin with no reservations at all.

This is the second time I have called you for service. I backed into my door some time ago and the technician came and fixed it so we can get a little more time before we have to completely replace it, which is an expensive proposition right now. He gave us quotes to replace so we can begin to save, and we will call you when that time comes.

Service was PROMPT and Professional. Technician, David Allen, was GREAT. He went over and above. I was very pleased with his work, knowledge and service. My only concern was the extreme difference between opener prices that could be purchased at a local big box store and the completed price through Precision - $1,200 difference. If I would have realized that, I probably would have installed a top-of-the-line new one myself. However, I do appreciate the professional installation and the warranty promise through David’s work.

I had a minor problem with the keypad for one of my garage doors. Precision scheduled an appointment very quickly and exactly for the time period I requested. My technician, David Lenhardt, was quick and efficient with the repair and then did an overall check of the system and also lubricated the doors. Very pleasant young man and great to work with. Highly recommend Precision!!

Brian was excellent! Exactly on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the twenty five year old motor and springs in about an hour and a half. It’s great to have this door work again. Very good experience. Highly recommended with a definite 5 stars.

Referral from a friend. Brian was our tech. He called in the morning to verify appointment and showed up early. (He called and asked permission) We had a spring broken and wanted to do some additional maintenance. We selected a rebuild with a lifetime warranty. Could not be happier with the work and professionalism.

I contacted Precision because my garage door spring broke and I couldn't open my door. They were listed as servicing Milford, so I contacted them. I talked with Amanda and she said the first appointment would be the morning of the next day, but would check with her technicians to see if they could come sooner. She advised me that I was scheduled for the next morning, but if a technician became , they would contact me. She was very pleasant and professional. I was contacted that afternoon by Brian and he stated that he was doing other jobs in my area and would be by that afternoon to look at my door. He texted my to let me know that he was on his way. He even asked if I needed him to stop on the way to get me a drink or bottle of water! I've never had a service person offer that, so I was immediately impressed. He looked at my door and offered me three options. I had him replace both springs. He took about half an hour and showed me that the door was operating properly and even lubricated the rollers and hinges before he left. I am pleased with the service that I received from everyone at Precision and would recommend them to anyonel

David and Quinn came and helped us understand the components that were breaking down in our garage door system and the way forward to not only alleviate our current problem but set ourselves up for future problems should they arrive.
