Don't use these guys, very disappointing experience. I needed 2 garage door openers replaced. The tech showed up and basically suggested just about everything needed to be replaced if I wanted everything to be safe, including springs that were replace 2 years ago. Pricing was extremely high, and the total bill was 2x most other companies. The company I hired was extremely honest, upfront and no gimmicky selling, including components that were in great condition yet Precision said I needed them replace to have a safe garage door.

My technician was Christophe Woods My spring broke and I called immediately the scheduled me the next morning. My spring broke but I also had issues with my opener. Chris assessed everything and went through throughly what was going on. He repaired my spring and installed an opener. He then walked me through on how to set up and use my opener. Even though BBB gave Precision an A+ rating, I was hesitant on calling them as the BBB address given was in Franklin, Ohio and I lived on the west side of Hamilton County. However, I saw Precision's advertisement on t.v. and gave them a call. From start to finish, I was very impressed. Chris and Chris were very prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful and gave me their analysis of my problem. They were also willing to look at another garage door on which I had concerns because it was older than the one that broke. They shared several prices with me and after my decision, they were able to replace all the moving parts, motors, and remotes on both doors in the same afternoon. The website was easy to use, and the people from my initial call to the very finish, gave me total confidence in Precision's skill set. After Chris and Chris completed the installation, they were great in explaining and demonstrating how the remotes, keypads, and everything worked. They allowed me to practice on both doors before they left, they answered all my questions, and they left both garages as clean as when they arrived. I was very impressed!

While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously.
