I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati after one of our springs broke. One of their technicians (Christopher Woods) arrived within hours. He inspected everything and provided several options for the repair. Christopher was excellent; he thoroughly explained my options and was detailed with his work. He asked me a number of questions at the outset to determine my historical use, preferences and specifics concerning my garage door opener. He was very cordial and personable and made the repairs in 100° heat seem routine. He completed his analysis and then showed me cost proposals, so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. He answered all my questions and completed his repair work with a complete review of how the garage door opener should work. Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly leaving us with one car stuck in the garage. I looked at several garage door repairs companies online information and Precision listed quick response, a BBB score of A (confirmed online) and multiple customer review of high satisfaction. The reviews listed people from our local area and I even saw the name of someone I knew who gave a glowing review. Our service agent was Chris. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of our door opener as well as the obvious broken spring. We were given options of services we could have done from necessary to other update options. He performed the repairs well and showed us how the new garage door opener we chose worked.
