I called Precision this morning (9/27) and Harley arrived this afternoon. He explained all the steps needed to check everything on both of my garage doors. He also explained that prior to any work, I would have the opportunity to pick the best option for me, including the cost of each option. Once we agreed on the option, Harley began work on both of the doors and did not stop until he was finished. He explained how the new components worked and watched while I operated each one. Harley worked with me to program the new keypad. Harley is definitely an asset to Precision. His knowledge and work ethic are outstanding and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. On a separate note, Daphane was great to work with this morning. She's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Keon Tillman was the technician who installed our Garage Door. He called before to inform me when he will be arriving. He even sent a bio on himself and his picture. Seth did an assessment well but we felt your company was focused on expensive fixes. In the end he did nothing to remedy our squeaky garage door and instead proposed over $2000 of work as the cheapest option. We will not use your company again.

Job was done well but I felt like I was trying to be sold more than I needed. I had to make the same repair a few years ago before I had a new door installed and it was a couple hundred dollars less so I don’t know if it is inflation or something else. At least I can get my cars out!!!

I was told tech would be here between 10-12. David called at 9:50 to tell me he was finishing up the previous job and he would call route, which he did.
