I have one word that sums up my experience with Precision Garage Door is "Professionalism". At every step of the process, from talking to the person who set up my appointment to the technician telling me Mr. Peagler your garage door is ready after only a few hours of work under some brutally cold outside weather conditions. I was very impressed. My garage door system was about 30 years old and I new I was going to have to do something with it in the coming year. The technician who did the work was Christopher Woods. Chris is very nice and has a easy going personality and very technically adapt making you feel comfortable that the work will be done right the first time. After our initial meeting, he did an assessment of my situation and came back with 3 options "Good", "Better" and "Best". Based what I had saw from the company and Chris, I took the "Best" option. Chris 's work was excellent and that is why I am rating my experience Precision Garage Door 5 star's. Thank You!

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come out and inspect our garage door. We knew it needed some work and after watching the advertisement on television we were impressed by the fact that they had everything on the truck to fix problems that were noticed. Your service person, David Lenhardt was so polite, on time and inspected everything. I told him about the concerns we noticed and he was ready to get to work and let me know how he could help. He gave me 4 options to choose from in fixing our problems. I called my husband and he talked with him and we got all the repairs that were needed. David got to work and it was completed in a timely manner. I cannot thank you enough for everything that was done. Also when I called to set up the appointment your staff was so nice setting up the appointment quickly. I will recommend your company to anyone.
