Our neighbor recommended Precision Overhead Door when our garage door stopped working. We have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the company! The initial call and scheduling went smoothly and quickly at our convenience. The technician called promptly with a time of arrival and within a couple of moments I received a text with a picture and short bio about the technician prior to him arriving to our home. This is a first and I certainly appreciated that! When the technician, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived he was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable in his job! He did an assessment of our garage door, shared information about his findings and provided the options with no pressure tactics! We called as the spring broke on our garage door. Jimmy arrived promptly, evaluated our door and all components and offered us options for service as well as replacing our old garage door opener, which we also chose to do. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati exceeded my expectations. The associate who came over to my home called me first, offering to come earlier. I would've accepted such service, but it was not possible. What I did like is that the associate offered me a bottle of water, I accepted the offer, and he brought me a small bottle. Jimmy S. did a good job. I explained to him the issue (that my garage door was not closing as a result of a broken wire). After he came over, everything not only worked like a charm, but Jimmy made everything look even better than it did before. I wish I could give him more than just a good rating, as it's well deserved. This kind of service is non-existent with the gruesome displeasure of the Garage Door brand people. The two times I called those jokers I was greeted with unprofessionalism like I never experienced before. Precision door is right where it's at. Thanks, Precision, for doing an outstanding job.

Outstanding service. I called on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my tech, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived as scheduled at 10 am. I had three fairly old wood garage doors, all with varying repair needs. He took the time to educate me on all parts and options. I asked Jimmy to break his quote down several ways, and in 15 minutes, he gave me several options. I was able to decide immediately what made sense for me regarding springs, rollers, and operators. I absolutely love the technology of the keypads and the aesthetics of the LED contemporary light on the Liftmaster operator. Especially helpful for my schedule, the assistance of additional techs allowed the entire project to be completed by mid-afternoon.

Tech installed new garage door spring because door was difficult to open and would not stay open. A week or so later his repair work failed because the door had to be held up with a 4x4. He later fixed the problem on a return visit. Upon closing the door after he left somehow the door shifted and I had extreme difficulty putting the lock in the latch to lock the door before I left. I'll have to move the entire latch to make easier to install the lock. I would not recommend you company to anyone unless they wanted inferior workmanship. If I had known what I know now I would have never called your company.
