My expectations were met and exceeded. Jimmy Schmidt was my technician and he was so awesome. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He gave me education on my doors and provided several repair options, and did so while having such a warm demeanor. He called to confirm I was booked on his calendar and then called again to let me know when he was on his way from the prior appointment and provided an ETA. He even offered to bring a coffee or drink from the gas station where he was fueling his vehicle! While I'm not excited that my spring broke and I had to repair it, Jimmy and Precision Door made it as painless as possible.

I had an excellent experience with Jimmy for my garage door repair. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Jimmy replaced my springs, tension wires, and door rollers efficiently and with great attention to detail. I appreciated the same day service. Jimmy couldn't have been more polite and informative, on time and good communication. On the down side, pricing was completely ridiculous. To replace 2 springs on one door the costing was over $1200, nearly 3x's the cost are from other leading service providers were (A&E). I ultimately went back to my primary service provider and the same service out the door was $459. When I asked why they were so high, was told that Precision uses 'powder coated' springs vs oil dipped. If pricing would have been just a bit reasonable, I would have went with Precision but whey pay nearly 3xs the cost for a basic repair.

Scheduling online was very easy. I was able to get an appointment the next day. My technician Jimmy was amazing! He was even able to come earlier than planned and offered to pick me up a beverage while he was fueling up his vehicle enroute. They had several pricing options for what the service I needed.

I had no past experience with Precision but see their trucks all over town so I called them. My door would not open due to worn out and undersized springs and they responded within 3 hours of my call. Jimmy was my technician and he was the best being very thorough, polite and knowledgeable about his product. He explained the problem, changed the springs and the opener now works perfect. I will no doubt use them again and highly recommend Precision to others needing anything garage door related.

I have been having intermittent issues with the sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a while. I called Precision to see if this was something they could take a look at and, possibly, fix. With a same-day appointment, Jimmy Schmidt was my assigned tech and he asked lots of questions as he tried to diagnosis the issue. After completing the 3-point check, it was discovered that the motor to the opener was running hard because the door was not balanced. After explaining the issue, he put together comprehensive quotes from the minimum repair to a complete repair (spring, opener and rollers), all of which were reasonable. Jimmy completed most of the work and made sure I understood everything before leaving. The only thing he wasn't able to complete was a replacement weatherstripping as he didn't have the correct size. However, he returned the next business day to complete that part of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for garage door needs.
