Scheduling with Precision was so easy and they had availability first thing the following day. Chris was phenomenal! He called me first thing in the morning to ensure my appointment block still worked for my schedule, and then again to give me a 30 minute advance notice of his arrival. Upon arrival Chris took the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our existing garage door issue and what resolution we were seeking. He provided us with a “Good, Better, Best” resolution options, which made it simple in making a decision. I greatly appreciated Chris answering all of my questions. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Completing our repair within a very short time, allowing us access to our garage and vehicles. Thank you, Chris and Precision! Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!
