We needed help with our garage door after the spring broke. Justin did a great job inspecting and explaining some of the other issues that were contributing to the spring failure. The parts were old/worn and putting a lot of strain on the opener. He was willing to take the time to address my questions. He was very efficient with the repair process and able to complete a full rebuild and new opener installation in about 90 minutes. Very pleased with the finished project.

After looking over many garage door service companies I decided to choose Precision. I was not disappointed. It was easy to set up an appointment. My technician David remained in communication with me. When he arrived We discussed my issue. After that he began to thorough inspection of my garage system. He informed me of all of my issues. Then he gave me several options. Out of the options that he gave me I selected one that suit my needs the best. He was a very informative in all the options and all the mechanics of the system. He was very courteous and tidy in his work. I would most definitely recommend David and Precision for any garage door work. (I had multiple components replaced. I was pleased with the price.)

Johnathan and Jimmy stopped out to inspect two garage door openers that stopped working. Johnathan called the morning of service to let me know I was on the schedule and give an estimated time of service, he also called to let me know when they were on the way so I could be prepared. I loved the fact that I received a photo and bio of the technician coming to my house, that level of safety is amazing! Once here, Johnathan and Jimmy listened to my concerns and were quick to inspect both openers and diagnose the issue. Johnathan offered multiple options for repair and advised additional safety upgrades due to the age of our openers. I did not feel pressured to buy more than what was needed. I feel extremely informed the entire time and any questions or concerns had were addressed immediately. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs!!

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.
