Bryce Couch was the service tech that did the repair/install. He was VERY professional and transparent with the options they offered. Rainier did a great job. Knew his stuff and was pleased to answer my questions. He explained all the issues and offered solutions. Some I wanted to pay for and some I didn't. Garage door is in better shape now than before I broke it!

Your representative did a great job and made a good impression, he worked quickly and did not pressure us to buy any extras, however, he did neglect to tell me about the $45 off coupon on your website. That extra money could have come in handy. If he would have mentioned it I would have been even more impressed.

My door spring broke so I couldn’t open door. It’s Saturday and needed to get car out. I called overhead door company who had installed door when House was built. They told me it was a 340 dollar service fee to respond us parts and labor. Total was just under 800 bucks!!! So I called precision and 75 dollar respond fee plus parts. My total was 355 bucks !!!! My tech terry showed up 75 minutes after calling and took and hour. He replaced spring and both cables for way u see half of overhead. I’m going get new door in future and without a doubt I will use precision.
