After my garage door spring broke I put in a call to Precision based on their reviews and they did not disappoint. They came out the next morning, reviewed the issues and gave me 3 choices on the work. Everything was explained in detail and Kevin was on time, polite and knowledgeable.

When our garage doors were not working properly, I found that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati was highly rated and offered a chat option to discuss our concerns. The chat employee was extremely helpful and got us set up for an appointment later that same day. Kevin called before he arrived and arrived early. He was knowledgeable and informative of our units’ needs, offered good, better, best options to consider and as able to perform the replacements same day. His work exceeded our expectations, and both top quality garage door openers, springs, drums, rollers, remotes and video keypad, pretty much all moving parts were working before he left. Kevin was professional, courteous and didn’t even complain about the three hours of hard work in 90 degree heat. The service received was exceptional. Will definitely spread the word and work with Precision again!

Hi i feel like I paid.a little too much for a garage door opener 1,415 $ for a basic opener but I had had a really good experience with Brandon the installer, he was up front honest with us and went above and beyond with our installation and even adjusted our other garage door and lubeed all our rollers before he left.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati exceeded my expectations. The associate who came over to my home called me first, offering to come earlier. I would've accepted such service, but it was not possible. What I did like is that the associate offered me a bottle of water, I accepted the offer, and he brought me a small bottle. Jimmy S. did a good job. I explained to him the issue (that my garage door was not closing as a result of a broken wire). After he came over, everything not only worked like a charm, but Jimmy made everything look even better than it did before. I wish I could give him more than just a good rating, as it's well deserved. This kind of service is non-existent with the gruesome displeasure of the Garage Door brand people. The two times I called those jokers I was greeted with unprofessionalism like I never experienced before. Precision door is right where it's at. Thanks, Precision, for doing an outstanding job.

Chris W from Precision was fantastic. I experienced a power surge that damaged all of my openers. Chris didn’t try to sell me items or services I didn’t need. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly to solve our problems. We had Precision come out last year to fix a spring on one of our garage doors and they were very professional and helpful. So, when our other garage started acting up we did not hesitate to call again. We were told that someone could be here the same day between 4-6. Kevin arrived at 4:30 P.M. He was very professional. He came in and asked what problems we were having. He then looked at the door and figured out what was wrong. He then gave us prices and a timeframe of when it would be done. And then within the time frame he had the door back up and working. He was our hero.

Scheduling with Precision was so easy and they had availability first thing the following day. Chris was phenomenal! He called me first thing in the morning to ensure my appointment block still worked for my schedule, and then again to give me a 30 minute advance notice of his arrival. Upon arrival Chris took the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our existing garage door issue and what resolution we were seeking. Harley was very professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and provided me with all the details I needed to make informed decisions. I would have liked to spend the money (looking at the ~$1800 option), but this was my first quote and interaction with a tech in this field. I wouldn't be doing my part as an informed consumer if I went with the first quote I saw. Him waiving the service fee the meeting is a good sales tactic and I appreciate his hustle. That will be a part of my thought process after I get at least one more quote.

Chris the technician did a great job was courtesy and polite. The office on the other hand did not return phone calls. I called on 7/27 and was told I would get a phone the next day that didn’t happen. When I called back I was told 24 to 36 hours I should get a call back that didn’t happen. So I called a third time on 8/4 and finally someone answered my warranty question and scheduled the technician for 8/5. The garage door opener could not be repaired a new one had to be installed which was covered under warranty, so this is the reason for the 3 star rating.
