Precision was available next day (Saturday). Their technician (Jimmy) contacted us before coming to our home as explained by the office staff. Jimmy was very professional and arrived on time. He examined the problem and offered us 3 options to repair our door. He worked in a timely manner and had all materials on his truck to complete the job.

Keon removed my old door and opener, installed the new ones, he then walked me through the operation of the opener and controls. Harley called before coming to confirm my appointment and he was so kind and asked if he could grab me a coffee/water on his way. He provided me with multiple options on repairing the issue as well as working through other options with me. He went above and beyond to help a single mom out to make sure we had a working garage door in this cold!!!! He went out of his way and made it happen. Our service tech's name was Jimmy Schmidt. He asked me what was going on and he checked the door and all it's mechanics. He then explained and showed me what needed to be fixed and went over our options. Jimmy was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for any garage door services.
