I chose to try Precision to determine if there is perceived value for the service repair that was needed. My tech David was friendly, personable as well as professional. The assessment was broken down into three types of repairs as well as by cost. David did an excellent job in assessing and explaining what was important...safety as the door would not fully open. Upon finishing, David demonstrated how the door worked and and he was able to compare it's movement to the other door in the garage. Definitely the mechanisim was improved. The repair took less than 30 minutes and David made sure the site was clean and left no debris. David was thorough, knowledgeable and skilled and the service repair was well executed. I was looking to have the other door serviced but chose to focus on the current problem as I had a budget to work within. My 4 star rating is due to the cost of the repair. I have done business with independent garage door contractors and also replaced two units within the last six years. The cost was was concerning and I attribute this to the corporate business model of the franchise through Neighborly.

Very easy to schedule, the Tech actually reached out to us to come a day early (on a Sunday)! Tech Kevin O’Hara was so nice, professional and very detailed oriented. Precision Garage Door Service is the BEST!. I called this morning to check my key pad if there is something wrong with it because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And thinking also that winter is coming up and it has to work. After talking to Ashley about the problem she scheduled me right away that afternoon. It was very quick and easy. No wait at all. And now it fixed. They are all very professional and polite even the first time I met one of the service guy four years ago when I had my garage door replaced to a new one. Our service call turned into installation of garage door openers because we had an excellent service representative, Harley Carter, who took the time to explain all of our options with pricing on each. He was an amazing worker and answered all the many questions we had about the job. We are still shocked that the work was completed in one evening. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency and quickness of the installation. Harley's number will definitely go on our phone. Good customer service is very hard to come by, but your company lives up to its advertising.

My husband is unable to do the necessary repairs so I called Precision. Harley was to repair our opener but ended up replacing toe opener. He is top quality at what he does. Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Kevin.
