Great service, arrived on same day as openings were available. Was wanting general maintenance - tune up. This was not a repair request, maintenance is not a choice for this survey/review. Matt Thomas was our technician. He was great, very thorough, reviewed our previous history with Precision Door. Had complete conversion 7/29/16 (Replaced original Wayne-Dalton system) And then garage door opener system replaced 6/19/18. He tested system - No repairs needed. He did lubricate hinges on garage door. Behavior and appear was very professional. Very pleased with Precision Door!

After waking up Sunday morning to a broken spring on our 18' garage door, we searched online for a qualified LiftMaster repair dealer. Precision came up in our search and had an easy-to-navigate website with next-day morning availability. Several hours later, I received a call from Kevin, a Precision technician, who offered to take care of our door the very same day. Kevin arrived at our home early evening and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our door is 15 years old, has plastic rollers, and supports a very heavy door. He thoroughly inspected the system and provided good, better, and best repair options, clearly explaining the benefits of each without any pressure. He had every part needed on his truck, including a new bottom rubber seal, and completed the repairs in about an hour. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The door now operates smoother, quieter, and more reliably than it has in years. Precision's quick response, excellent communication, and Kevin's expertise turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a very positive experience. Door was caught by my wife upon leaving. Damage to lower section. With winter weather on the way needed to have repaired so critters couldn't get in. Remember add I saw on tv so I looked them up to find that their customers had high opinions of their employees and work ethics. Talked to office to arrange service call. Next day Jim Schmidt called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival he made a total system review with various possible actions for repair. Choice was made and he went to work. After about two hours door looked like new. Operation was smooth and very quiet. All I can say is Jim has a very strong work ethic so his knowledge and abilities met my personal demands. How I know about this is my job over fifty years demanded the same. When future door work is necessary I will be a return customer. Spreading the word on Precision door will be my mantra do to their quality actions. Thank you
