Precision was quick to respond. The Tech Geoffrey was courteous and professional. Just be aware there is an up sale to this. It’s not over the top, they claim they will never tell you what what to do, and it’s just a suggestion but the plot is there. I get it it’s business and was low pressure. They send you the info on your tech before they arrive for safely. The his is a great feature. They have the business portion down. Why I can’t give 5 stars!?? I was quoted over $1500 for replacing one torsion spring. Something told me not be fooled by the up front glamour. So I call another business for a quote. One told me NOT to pay that much it was not that expensive but they couldn’t get me an appointment for a week. So I called one more a smaller company referred by a friend. They were there with in the hour on a Friday at 6pm! No one xtra fee. The Tech was professional and kind but was a smaller business so maybe not all the bells and whistles. I just needed my garage door fixed for a reasonable. I don’t need anll the bells. Austin had it replaced in 45 min for $550 a 5yr warranty still included!!!! The tech looked at the other garage door to state I didn’t need to worry right now. If something happened just to give them a call. So no up selling. I feel like precision tried to take me for a financial ride. Thank goodness I have learned to be a little paranoid as a single female. Always be sure to get more than one quote.

Precision Door impressed me when I called them with questions about my broken garage door. Setting up the appointment was easy. Explained to me about the charges and set up the appointment with ease. When Jonathan came to my home he called a head and arrived on time. He asked what was going on and he was so professional went over everything and gave me options on how to fix the problem. Explained in details everything. Fixed the door very quickly. Cleaned up the area no mess was left. I would recommend Precision Door to everyone especially Jonathan the technician.

I called this morning reporting an issue with my garage door. I was given an appointment for three hours later. I was called by the technician, David, 30 minutes before his arrival. He sent me a text message with his picture and a description of him and his personal Likes and dislikes. He and another gentleman came and evaluated. The issues with the garage doors gave us a quote for repairing them. They repaired the doors check them showed us how to program everything and program the openers inside the cars and programmed our phones to operate the garage doors. I would definitely Highly recommend this company! Very professional and reasonable

The service was significantly overpriced. I requested a simple seal replacement along the bottom of my garage door; however, the technician insisted that additional repairs were required before the work could be completed. The estimate provided was approximately $1,500, which seemed excessive for the scope of work requested. Additionally, I was charged $150 for the estimate, whereas most other garage door companies provide estimates at no cost. I recommend obtaining multiple quotes and comparing pricing before making a decision.

I was very pleased with Justin's professional. He contacted me prior to his visit. He indicated that he had to make a stop prior to his visit and offered to bring me something. He was very thoughtful. Upon his arrival he asked me what were my trouble areas with the garage door. Then he indicated what he would make his assessment and get back to me. Upon his review, my concerns were addressed.

My garage door spring broke this afternoon. Called Precision and they had a technician at my house in about 1.5 hours. My technician, Kevin O'Hara called me before he arrived, he told me he had to stop for gas on the way and even asked me if he could pick me up something while he was at the gas station! Who does that today!? No one.. he was great, repaired my broken door, and provided a fair estimate to do some additional maintenance on that door, and my second garage door. Great experience, rare experience these days!

Professional and efficient from beginning to end. The original person who responded to our call was Jimmy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a new door. Keon came to install it. He was also very dedicated to doing the job right. He was great! I had a couple of questions about our install. Taren (sp.?) and the office folks were friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied.

Jimmy from Precision was at our house within 2.5 hours of us calling the office. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had an easy to understand checklist so that I could see what parts were failing. They carry all the replacement parts on their truck so he was able to get started right away, and he had a new motor, a new belt, new rollers and keypads and remotes programmed within 90 minutes. Super efficient. Super friendly. And very cost effective. Highly recommend Jimmy and Precision Doors.

I wish I could give the company a different rating than the installers! Both men who came out to the house were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, etc. The company on the other hand- We were given a 2 week turn around estimate date and told we would be kept up to date when the door was ordered/arrived. I had to call 3-4 different times for updates and the date continuously got pushed out. On install day, they called 25 min before they were supposed to arrive to tell us our door was damaged and we had to wait 5 more days for another requiring changing our work schedules around to accommodate the install. If they kept us in the loop without us having to chase the information, the entire process would have been a lot less frustrating… we received the door over a month later. On a positive note- great installers and the door itself is beautiful now that it’s finally here!

The estimator was patient and answered my questions and took time to send me things as I was out of town. The Installer was professional and left my garage clean. Appreciated talking to a live and pleasant speaking associate, prior to business opening and to get service scheduled. Nice that the company has maintained a record of prior services; nice to have received a call from the service person (Justin) with estimate of arrival time, and to have him arriving in accord with estimate. He was courteous, presented professionally, explained what should be expected of the service, assessment and provided a problem diagnosis in laymen's term; provided a range of options and costs. Overall we were very satisfied with the service; however, shocked at the costs!!
