Harley was very professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and provided me with all the details I needed to make informed decisions. I would have liked to spend the money (looking at the ~$1800 option), but this was my first quote and interaction with a tech in this field. I wouldn't be doing my part as an informed consumer if I went with the first quote I saw. Him waiving the service fee the meeting is a good sales tactic and I appreciate his hustle. That will be a part of my thought process after I get at least one more quote.

On a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. our garage door would not open. It was suddenly broken in every way - spring, coil pulleys, etc. We could not even lift the door to get our car out. I called and was greeted with a friendly scheduler who assured me that not only would they come out today but they could also fix it todayl! My faith in customer service was restored! Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, but they were going coming out to make the repairs on a Saturday! The scheduler and the service tech were knowledgeable and friendly on a Saturday!!! The tech was coming out between 10 and 12. When he called during the scheduled window to let me know he was headed our way, he also informed me that when we hung up, I would receive a text from the company with his photo and bio for safety and security purposes. (This truly was impressive.) Once on site, the service tech was very informative and answered all of our questions before, during, and after he installed the new system. He demonstrated how everything worked, cleaned up all the packaging and old parts, and left us feeling confident we made a good choice today. We would highly recommend Precision!

Our garage door had a broken cable and had come off the track along with twisting a support. Chris Daughtrey was the tech who came out. Chris explained several options. He repaired the garage door and it works perfectly now. From the response time to the repair time was excellent .

20 yr old garage door opener with noisy chain needed replacing. Kevin with Precision came out and did a wonderful job replacing the opener. He is personable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. Explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. When the job was complete he went over how to use the new opener and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and opener service. I am extremely pleased with the service and my new opener. I booked online yesterday and had them out today the website was super easy to navigate. My garage door wasn’t operating and I figured the motor was shot. Geoffrey Grouse from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati confirmed it. He pointed out burn marks on the circuit board and explained that the damage had been building for a while, which lined up with the issues I’d been having before it finally quit. He replaced the opener, went through the whole door, and swapped out the worn parts so everything was balanced and running right. Door’s running perfectly now highly recommend.

Lightning took out one of our openers. Precision Garage Door took my call on a Sunday morning, had a truck at our house by 11AM. Kevin (installer) was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. Since our house is 18 years old and everything was pretty much near the end of useful life (openers, springs, cables, rollers) we ended up replacing the works. Not cheap, but now we have peace of mind that we can expect reliable operation and service for years to come. Also the new openers have camera's built in, and a new security protocol to reduce risk of hackers opening the doors. The whole job was done by 3PM.

Scheduling with Precision was so easy and they had availability first thing the following day. Chris was phenomenal! He called me first thing in the morning to ensure my appointment block still worked for my schedule, and then again to give me a 30 minute advance notice of his arrival. Upon arrival Chris took the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our existing garage door issue and what resolution we were seeking. He provided us with a “Good, Better, Best” resolution options, which made it simple in making a decision. I greatly appreciated Chris answering all of my questions.
