Our service tech's name was Jimmy Schmidt. He asked me what was going on and he checked the door and all it's mechanics. He then explained and showed me what needed to be fixed and went over our options. Jimmy was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for any garage door services. Quick response and on time. I found them on our local tv station that's why we decided to call them .

We were grossly over charged to change a spring. We called another company and they're doing 2 other garage door springs at our house for less than their price for ONE door. I guess since we are senior citizens, we didn't know any better. And then, when we tried to open the door the next morning, it didn't work. they had to send out another guy to "sync" it.

Chris Woods was the technician who came out to fix my blunder. While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously. In less than 24 hours Chris was able to come out and fix everything perfectly. Not only did he get the door back on track but he made all the needed repairs in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Chris was very polite and offered to pick me up a beverage while enroute to my house. He also provided some useful safety information about my door. Thank you Chris!
