I chose Precision Garage Door Service after my garage door cable came loose on one side causing an imbalance resulting in a non-functional garage door. This happened at approximately 6pm. I started researching garage repairs and came to Precision Garage Door Service on Google maps and was impressed by their reviews and ratings. I was able to quickly and easily book an appointment the very next morning between 8am-10am using their website. Jon, the technician came out and gave a thorough inspection and provided detailed insights into what went wrong and what his recommendations are in a way that someone that knows nothing of garage doors could understand. Due to the age of the components he replaced all of them and Precision has an option for a lifetime warranty which gives great peace of mind if future problems arise. I'd highly recommend Precision if you have any garage repair needs. They offered competitive prices compared to others but surpassed expectations in terms of quality and timeliness. Thanks again!!

The only reason I gave you one star is because I couldn’t give you zero. You presented me with three repair options ranging from $2,700 to $3,100. After seeing those quotes, I decided to get a second opinion. The other company simply re-stretched the spring and charged me $125. That tells me you either completely misdiagnosed the issue or significantly inflated the work required—and the price. Shame on you. I will be reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau.

Had a spring break in the evening and I was able to schedule a repair for the next morning. Chris was very friendly and worked to get the door operable so I could get out for an appointment and then finished the repair while I was out! Will definitely use Precision the next time!

Called about a broken spring. Found out that the opener was the original for or house installed in 2002. Was still operating with some issues. Geoffrey our technician explained normal lifetime for an opener anywhere from 10 to 12 years. Since we far exceeded that we decided to replace it.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. My technician, Harvey, was fantastic from start to finish. He called ahead to confirm the scheduled service window, then called again to let me know he was on the way—with an ETA right at the very start of the window, which I truly appreciated. Harvey took time to walk me through all of my options, explaining everything clearly and listening to what I felt comfortable with. His attention to detail and communication were outstanding. Although the installation ended up taking longer than expected, he didn’t rush or push it off to another day. Instead, he brought in another technician to ensure the job was completed that same visit. I’m extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!

Kevin came out today (Sunday) and was so nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to our issues and concerns with our garage door and opener and provided great options to choose from, happily answering all our questions. He got us back up and running in a couple of hours and even programmed my car to the new opener he installed. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service, highly recommend!

What an excellent experience! From the initial phone call with Angel to the superior service with Jimmy, it could not have been better. It would be great if all companies service was this good. Our garage door was stuck with both cars inside. I called Precision at around 8pm Friday. Angel answered and promptly scheduled for a 10 to 12 service on Saturday. Jimmy called at 9:30 to report he was stopping for gas and then would be on his way. Knowing our cars were stuck, he asked if he could pick up coffee or anything (that is the first time I received an offer like that!) When he arrived, he explained everything thoroughly, gave us several options, and completed the repairs in less than an hour. Courteousness and professionalism of the highest level!!!

I called Precision Garage Door Service because my opener didn't want to lift my door. The technician, Harley C., arrived promptly in the time span I asked for and diagnose the problem quickly. It turns out my old opener was aging and he said the unresponsiveness between the wall button and the opener would likely continue and get worse. I decided to have a new opener installed which Harley proceeded to do. He was very polite and responsive to my questions and concerns. It was a job well done in my view and I would highly recommend this company.

Called to have a door wheel and bracket put back on. Came out and quoted me an outrageous price of $1355 to fix it. I told him I wasnt paying that much for a wheel and a brace and 30 minutes of work and he charged me a $150 service fee. All he did was come out and take a look and then ripped me off for $150. AE door did it for $211 and my garage door works fine now. I want my money back. Ripped off

Its Thanksgiving week, we have 20+ people coming over and I was having issues with my garage door. Not a time when you don't want your garage door working. I called at 8:30PM the Monday before Thanksgiving. Not only did they answer the phone, they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning! Kevin came out and was JUST AWESOME. He asked questions, patiently listened to me explain the issues, diagnosed the problems in 10 minutes, presented 3 different great solutions, and helped me pick the right fixes to complete. On a Good/Better/Best scale, I went with the Best option, fully replacing all moving parts, springs, bearings, opener, etc. Once I selected the solution and signed, Kevin had the work done within 2 hours. The door opens and closes perfectly and is SO quiet. Kevin was kind, respectful and great to work with. Thanks Kevin!
