I had a problem with my garage door opening without coming loose from the chain. Over the weekend it stopped working at all. I called Precision Garage Door Service on Monday Morning. Around lunch time the technician (Kevin O'Hara) came out and diagnosed the issue. He explained what needed to be done, and gave me some options. He worked really hard, and had it running smoothly in about an hour. I would recommend Kevin to any of my friends.

I have used Precision in the past and have always been satisfied with the service. Today is no exception. Chris called and said that his first appointment had been cancelled and if it would be possible to come earlier. Already being awake I said of course. Then he asked me if I would like a hot cup of coffee since he was near a gas station. Very thoughtful. Once he arrived, I explained what the issues were and he went right to work. We had purchased the limited lifetime warranty, so he checked the springs, the motor and battery. We were having an issue with the wall control panel, so he looked at that also. He told me the signs if the battery was getting low as we had purchased it more than 3 years ago. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone. Keep up the great work!!

When my son came this morning to put my garbage cans out the garage door would not open. He called Precision Door. They had someone here in the afternoon. Our technician Geoff was great. He asked all the right questions gave us 3 different options after a very thorough inspection. We gave him the go ahead with the best and most expensive option to get the lifetime warranty. He told us the job would take about 2.5 hours he was finished and cleaned up just inside the 2.5 hours. Very polite respectful young man. Obviously wasn’t planning on it costing as much as it did but I do feel like it was money well spent. Geoff replaced everything but the door itself.

A random Monday morning broken spring had me scrambling for help. A competitor was booked until Wednesday, but Precision immediately offered an on-site technician the same day in a reasonable timeframe. Harley was fantastic. He called first to confirm the appointment, let me know he might be early (which gave me time to get home from work), and then called again with an accurate ETA. On arrival, he asked questions, was very deliberate in explaining his process, and provided good/better/best options for repairs and replacements. I appreciated the motor inspection, which revealed it was close to burnout and might not even function after the springs were replaced. Replacements were quick and easy, and the new system is much quieter and more modern. Great experience...I would recommend Precision and Harley to anyone. Thanks!!
