My "door doctor", Brian P. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely fast with the repair. Total time to assess the problem, quote me price options, and repair the springs was under an hour. Called and got an appointment for the next day. The installer actually called and said he could arrive an hour early. No problem for me. Jake arrived and explained what was needed for my door repair so that I fully understood. The repairs were made as explained and then Jake lubricated all moving parts at no extra charge. Mike came to our house, on time, and with more courtesy than I’ve ever seen! He stopped to get gas and even offered to bring me a cold beverage! His questions about my garage door opener were thorough. Despite the heat, he got right to work and completed the task, even taking extra steps to replace something he didn’t think looked right.
