David was on time , ask questions about problems with the door, ran the door up and down several times and wrote a proposal for work he felt needed. New opener, springs, rollers, cables and 2 remotes and keypad. After he finished he went over what was done and he had me operate the door. I was satisfied with the work. It wasnt until I looked at the detailed receipt on my home computer I noticed the new rollers,10each at 24.95 totaling 249.50. I do not remember him asking if we wanted those and do not believe we needed them. Got my original invoice from AE door (2016) ;and the cost of the repairs today exceeded the total cost of the new door including installation. I am aware prices have gone up greatly in 10 years-however-due to the cost I would not contact your company again.
