I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!

It was perfect The tech showed up on time Did the work quickly When he got to my house, they were starting the re-paving if Deerfield Road. David had to park across Deerfield and walk thru a road construction site to get to the house. His only comment was”at least I’ll get my steps today. He made the best of a bad situation. I will recommend Precision Door service to everyone.

First our response was excellent, They were my 3rd call and the others were very lax in their response and getting to me as needed. Precision came in a few hours. They even gave me follow up calls to keep me posted. Their technician was very polite and thorough with what was needed. Once we got the information we gave them the business. Once the work was finished he went back through giving me plenty of confidence the door was fixed properly. Our tech was very sharp and professional in every way. We have had homes for 50 plus years. This was the best encounter with all of the local companies. Our 5 star rating goes out to Precision. Their tech certainly earned our satisfaction and praise. Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with this service and the technicians and would highly recommend Precision Door.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Brian was very professional and came at 10:15 and worked steady untill 5:40. We talked off and on as he worked and explained thoroughly after he had completed his work. A helper stopped by in the afternoon and then David came and helped tie things up at the end. Brian worked efficiently and as he took off each piece he put it in the van to keep it out of his way. He is a very orderly worker. I’m very pleased that I call your company to get my 2 new garage doors, they work perfect and look good. I was kept in the loop as to when the parts were coming and when I could expect the work to be done. Great company and fantastic workers, police and efficient.
