It wasnt until I looked at the detailed receipt on my home computer I noticed the new rollers,10each at 24.95 totaling 249.50. I do not remember him asking if we wanted those and do not believe we needed them. Got my original invoice from AE door (2016) ;and the cost of the repairs today exceeded the total cost of the new door including installation. I am aware prices have gone up greatly in 10 years-however-due to the cost I would not contact your company again.
