David was the service tech that replaced both door openers and the existing hardware on our garage doors. He did a great job of showing me the worn parts and the burned out motors on the openers. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Precision Door for garage door needs.

David Eilers was punctual, knew his doors and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. It wasnt until I looked at the detailed receipt on my home computer I noticed the new rollers,10each at 24.95 totaling 249.50. I do not remember him asking if we wanted those and do not believe we needed them. Got my original invoice from AE door (2016) ;and the cost of the repairs today exceeded the total cost of the new door including installation. I am aware prices have gone up greatly in 10 years-however-due to the cost I would not contact your company again.

I called this morning reporting an issue with my garage door. I was given an appointment for three hours later. I was called by the technician, David, 30 minutes before his arrival. He sent me a text message with his picture and a description of him and his personal Likes and dislikes. He and another gentleman came and evaluated. The issues with the garage doors gave us a quote for repairing them. They repaired the doors check them showed us how to program everything and program the openers inside the cars and programmed our phones to operate the garage doors.
