He also provided price-friendly options to improve the overall efficiency of our garage door, which we accepted because they made sense. The one thing that impressed us most was the attention to detail and the passion for delivering a client experience that exceeded expectations, and that certainly was the case. Young man name Wendell was our technician. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer young man. Explained everything to me so that I understood. Wasn’t anything major and was fixed promptly. Even offered to help me move stuff back into my garage. It was a very wise choice to go with Precision.

The appointment scheduler was very friendly and courteous and Kevin showed up during the 2 hour time frame promised. Kevin replaced all hardware and had the door operational again within less than I hour. Amazing job. Would recommend Precision to everyone.
