The appointment scheduler was very friendly and courteous and Kevin showed up during the 2 hour time frame promised. Kevin replaced all hardware and had the door operational again within less than I hour. Amazing job. Would recommend Precision to everyone.

Young man name Wendell was our technician. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer young man. Explained everything to me so that I understood. Wasn’t anything major and was fixed promptly. Even offered to help me move stuff back into my garage. It was a very wise choice to go with Precision.
