Even though BBB gave Precision an A+ rating, I was hesitant on calling them as the BBB address given was in Franklin, Ohio and I lived on the west side of Hamilton County. However, I saw Precision's advertisement on t.v. and gave them a call. From start to finish, I was very impressed. Chris and Chris were very prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful and gave me their analysis of my problem. They were also willing to look at another garage door on which I had concerns because it was older than the one that broke. They shared several prices with me and after my decision, they were able to replace all the moving parts, motors, and remotes on both doors in the same afternoon. The website was easy to use, and the people from my initial call to the very finish, gave me total confidence in Precision's skill set. After Chris and Chris completed the installation, they were great in explaining and demonstrating how the remotes, keypads, and everything worked. They allowed me to practice on both doors before they left, they answered all my questions, and they left both garages as clean as when they arrived. I was very impressed!

I was very pleased with Justin's professional. He contacted me prior to his visit. He indicated that he had to make a stop prior to his visit and offered to bring me something. He was very thoughtful. Upon his arrival he asked me what were my trouble areas with the garage door. Then he indicated what he would make his assessment and get back to me. Upon his review, my concerns were addressed.

This is the first experience I have had with Precision Door Services. Our garage door wire broke on Sunday evening leaving unable to open our door. I called the number for PDS and my call was answered by a live person. They scheduled a service call for Monday morning between 10-12pm. I received a call around 9am from David Allen who let me know he was on another job and would call on his way to our home. David called back just before 10am to let me know he was going to stop and get gas and would be to our house shortly after. After hanging up, I received a text with David’s picture and bio (nice touch), David arrived on-time, introduced himself and proceeded to the garage to assess the damage. He explained their process throughly and said he would evaluate the damage and have a few options to review with me. David reviewed the issues he found and went over the options for repair. Once approved, David began the repairs. After completion, David went over the new system and answered all my questions. David was very polite and professional at his job. I was impressed with how efficient he was working by himself and how he took pride in his installation. I would recommend David and PDS to anyone looking for a professional garage service company. Thanks for the quick repairs.

The Precision Door representative, Justin Napierala, was professional, Knowledgeable, and respectful. His diagnosis revealed that the issue was much more than just a broken spring. He also provided price-friendly options to improve the overall efficiency of our garage door, which we accepted because they made sense. The one thing that impressed us most was the attention to detail and the passion for delivering a client experience that exceeded expectations, and that certainly was the case. The appointment scheduler was very friendly and courteous and Kevin showed up during the 2 hour time frame promised. Kevin replaced all hardware and had the door operational again within less than I hour. Amazing job. Would recommend Precision to everyone.
