We have used your company several times, different doors, and were always more than pleased with the service. In every case we received same day service, and also in each case the technician was knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly and pleasant to work with. They arrived on time, called first then a text with info about the person coming to our home. The repair was very fast and the technician was awesome. I would only recommend checking around for prices before scheduling. I had 3 springs replaced for 2 doors and all the side gears and wire replaced and it was $2000.

Price charged for springs is $450.00 and on phone it was told $249.00 is a big difference. I don’t understand. And this service is such we can not hold for price.

A random Monday morning broken spring had me scrambling for help. A competitor was booked until Wednesday, but Precision immediately offered an on-site technician the same day in a reasonable timeframe. Harley was fantastic. He called first to confirm the appointment, let me know he might be early (which gave me time to get home from work), and then called again with an accurate ETA. On arrival, he asked questions, was very deliberate in explaining his process, and provided good/better/best options for repairs and replacements. I appreciated the motor inspection, which revealed it was close to burnout and might not even function after the springs were replaced. Replacements were quick and easy, and the new system is much quieter and more modern. Great experience...I would recommend Precision and Harley to anyone. Thanks!!

Harley Carter was our technician. He very clearly explained the 3 choices of coverage for the door and then told us what he needed to do. He then began working on the door and was soon finished; he began telling us what was broken and needed .to be replaced. We were given explanations of how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. kyle showed up on time, worked quickly. He was very polite, professional. We would tell all people we know to use Precision Garage Door Company. We are very pleased with Harley!

Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!

Precision was fast, and easy to work with. They were able to come out the same day and repaired our broken tension spring, cables, and installed new rollers and a new garage door opener. Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts. He got right to work and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Harley was a nice young man. We are very appreciative of them working us into their schedule today

I first starting to do business with Precision as a company I selected at random. The gentleman that came to fix our door was David Eilers. He totally repaired our door and he suggested we take out a service that will last for a life time. We paid the extra for that service. Now our door weighs 300 pounds because I built the door myself and its made with tongue and groove cedar wood. Today the serviceman came because the door made a very loud noise when it closed. I looked over every part of that door and all of the hardware but I could not detect the cause of our problem. I called Precision, the Service man came out one earlier than originally planed but he called to make sure it was OK with us. It took him 5 minutes to detect the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. I spent at least 2 hours looking for that problem and I did not come close to finding it. Precision did a wonderful job!!
