Precision was fast, and easy to work with. They were able to come out the same day and repaired our broken tension spring, cables, and installed new rollers and a new garage door opener. The were very thorough on their evaluation, and provided lots of options - which felt helpful and informative. I would highly recommend anyone to call them in the future when they have an issue.

From start to finish, Harley was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through all of the features after the installation was complete. He didn’t just rush through the job, he made sure I understood exactly what was being replaced and why. My original system was from 2002 and had multiple issues, including worn rollers, aging components, and failing parts. Harley explained everything in a way that made it easy to make an informed decision, and I never felt pressured. The work itself was outstanding. Both garage door systems were completely rebuilt with new LiftMaster smart openers, springs, rollers, and hardware, all backed by a lifetime warranty. Harley Carter delivered exemplary service. He effectively communicated every step of the process. His arrival was prompt, and he provided same-day service (here in 1 hour). I initially contacted a competitor (AE), which advertised same-day service for calls made before 10:00 AM. However, they were fully booked by 9:30 AM and could only offer service within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate that they take the time to call me in advance and provide a heads-up about the upcoming service. It adds a personal touch when they send a photo along with a detailed description of the technician who will be coming to my home.
