Harley Carter was our technician. He very clearly explained the 3 choices of coverage for the door and then told us what he needed to do. He then began working on the door and was soon finished; he began telling us what was broken and needed .to be replaced. We were given explanations of how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. kyle showed up on time, worked quickly. He was very polite, professional. We would tell all people we know to use Precision Garage Door Company. We are very pleased with Harley!

Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!

Precision was fast, and easy to work with. They were able to come out the same day and repaired our broken tension spring, cables, and installed new rollers and a new garage door opener. I would never use this company!!! My keypad didn’t work and they try to sell me a new motor and keypad for 1800$. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of!

Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts. I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Harley Carter. From start to finish, Harley was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through all of the features after the installation was complete. He didn’t just rush through the job, he made sure I understood exactly what was being replaced and why. My original system was from 2002 and had multiple issues, including worn rollers, aging components, and failing parts. Harley explained everything in a way that made it easy to make an informed decision, and I never felt pressured. The work itself was outstanding. Both garage door systems were completely rebuilt with new LiftMaster smart openers, springs, rollers, and hardware, all backed by a lifetime warranty. The doors are now incredibly smooth, quiet, and feel much safer and more reliable than before. What stood out the most was Harley’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He made sure everything was set up properly, programmed the remotes and keypads, and even walked me through the smart app features before leaving. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I’m extremely grateful for the level of service provided.
