I saw Precision’s add online. I made my appointment easily online. The technician “Seth” was extremely curious. He called me from the stop before me. He arrived in the time slot that was set up. Seth explained everything to me with all my options. I was very pleased with his work and the way he explained everything to me . Thank you.

I had a service technician out to evaluate and quote the job. The technician was nice enough, the cost was completely unreasonable. I paid around $145 for the technician to give me three quotes that were extremely high. After I paid the charge for the quote I contacted another local company (that gave me an estimate free of charge). To replace the springs I was quoted $1100, the second company replaced them 1.5 hours later for $535. I was quoted as high as $3600 for a repair to my springs and opener, I will not be doing business with Precision, nor would I recommend anyone else.

I used to use A&E to service our garage door since I’ve had a relationship with them for years and I’ve heard good things about Precision so I gave them a call when one of our springs broke and we’re so glad I did because they went over everything on our door and found several critical things wrong… our service tech David was great to work with plus they also came out the same day I called which was fantastic!! I was in a bind. My spring had broken the night before and I needed to get something done during the day when I was off. It was great to see that I could not only schedule an appointment the next day but schedule one during the time before I needed to go to work. Chris, our assigned technician, called to make sure that the time frame chosen worked for us, let us know his estimated arrival, and sent us a bio with a picture so that we knew who to expect. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure we understood all of our options and felt comfortable with the process. We went from having zero working garage doors to two working doors with updated systems and features within a matter of a few hours. Chris made sure to walk us through all the ins and outs of our new system before leaving and left his work space cleaner than when he arrived. We can’t recommend this company enough!

I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.
