Precision was fast, and easy to work with. They were able to come out the same day and repaired our broken tension spring, cables, and installed new rollers and a new garage door opener. Our spring broke early in the morning. I called to see if there was any availability today. Harley arrived before 10am. He asked us a few questions then did a complete inspection of our door, moving parts and garage door opener. Harley gave us many options. We decided to go with a complete replacement of all parts. He got right to work and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Harley was a nice young man. We are very appreciative of them working us into their schedule today

My expectations were met and exceeded. Jimmy Schmidt was my technician and he was so awesome. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He gave me education on my doors and provided several repair options, and did so while having such a warm demeanor. He called to confirm I was booked on his calendar and then called again to let me know when he was on his way from the prior appointment and provided an ETA. He even offered to bring a coffee or drink from the gas station where he was fueling his vehicle! While I'm not excited that my spring broke and I had to repair it, Jimmy and Precision Door made it as painless as possible.

These guys are terrific! Our garage door broke on Thursday evening. I went to Google, saw that they've been in business for over 20 years with close to a 5 star rating by over 2k customers, why would I call anyone else? First thing Friday morning, Justin arrived. He did a thorough inspection of the entire door, springs, parts and motor. He explained what the issue was, the proposed fix and the cost. He was professional, prompt and thorough. We were thrilled to have the door fixed along with a review of the work and direction for proper care moving forward. While we don't anticipate needing any service for years to come, we would only call Precision if we did!

Our technician, Justin was outstanding. He patiently diagnosed the problem with our garage door and explained in detail what he found to be the causes of the problems. He then provided options to fix it and explained what would be involved and the differences in each option. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. Once a decision was made, Justin professionally and to such a high standard of excellence installed new equipment and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had our garage door break a cable and come off the tracks so we were unable to get our car out of the garage. Geoff was able to come out early on a Sunday morning and get everything repaired and functioning properly again within a couple hours. Geoff was very friendly and extremely professional. I called for a spring repair. The repair tech was very kind and courteous however after inspecting the door he gave me a quote for over $3000. He listed off several "issues" which after a second opinion from another garage door repair company indicated where not issues. This included a dysfunctional opener which he diagnosed due to charring on the components which was not present and it not fully cycling which the other company fixed by running a full cycle (simply holding the button down). The Precision Door repair tech then charged me $99 for the inspection which I believe was a misleading attempt to raise the quote.
