We've had many service people over the years but this, by far, has been the best experience ever. It started when I first called and was greeted by the pleasant service call receptionist who took down all the information then scheduled a time. Next was a call from the driver mentioning he could be early, then mentioned he had to stop and get gas first and wanted to know if he could pick up a drink for me while he was there. When he showed up he was friendly and personable and soft spoken. Then preceded to trouble shoot the GDO, pointing out what was wrong and offered to find a replacement at a good price. At no time was money discussed till we decided to replace the defective opener we had called about. We were blown away how reasonable it was. He removed the old and replaced with new in no time and cleaned up everything even programming our van to work with the new opener. I would recommend Precision GD anytime. Glad we chose them. 180 from the first company I called and decided not to use.

I used to use A&E to service our garage door since I’ve had a relationship with them for years and I’ve heard good things about Precision so I gave them a call when one of our springs broke and we’re so glad I did because they went over everything on our door and found several critical things wrong… our service tech David was great to work with plus they also came out the same day I called which was fantastic!! Thanks you guys …. I’d recommend you to anyone who asks me about their garage door issues for sure!

Awesome experience all around. I loved that there was a technician able to come out the next morning and get my tenant's car out of the garage, then return later for a massive repair. I have very old wooden doors, and I'm used to companies trying to sell me brand new ones. However, Kevin inspected the doors and realized they were in great shape and offered an alternative solution at half the cost. Excellent communication and workmanship. I'll be calling them back to have Kevin do another garage door for us!

I thought the process to get to the repair was kind of slow and involved a lot of explaining. Really, I just wanted my garage to work. It was also pretty expensive. But they came quickly and got it done and seemed to understand garage doors.

Our technician (David) did a fantastic job. We have a 45 year old (heavy) cedar sided door. The weight of the door was causing multiple problems. David explained everthing in terms that I could understand and laid out options in address the problems. I feel very confident the door mechanics are in better shape than it's been in a long time
