The experience with your team was exceptional to say the least. I am throughly impressed with the technician that did the spring replacement on our door. Very knowledgeable in explaining everything and told me everything upfront that needed to happen to make it operational again. The amount of choices given was great also. Same day service was awesome and that you had later appointments to not interrupt my work schedule. A++++++ company to deal with for sure and to say the least I was WOWED by there service! Thanks for getting us up and running again and I you’ll be my first and only call always for future updates with our garage door.

Outstanding service. I called on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my tech, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived as scheduled at 10 am. I had three fairly old wood garage doors, all with varying repair needs. He took the time to educate me on all parts and options. I asked Jimmy to break his quote down several ways, and in 15 minutes, he gave me several options. I was able to decide immediately what made sense for me regarding springs, rollers, and operators. I absolutely love the technology of the keypads and the aesthetics of the LED contemporary light on the Liftmaster operator. Especially helpful for my schedule, the assistance of additional techs allowed the entire project to be completed by mid-afternoon.

From scheduling to service; whole process was a breeze. Harley came out to service our garage door within four hours of the spring snapping. Two doors fixed up in under two hours! Harley was fast, personable, and communicated my repair options clearly. Never pressured any repair option. Answered questions and let me choose which was the best option for myself. Jimmy was great. Explained everything and was open to my needs and wants. His exam of the old lift master more than likekly saved me from a future problem which could have led to a fire. Very satisfied. I did fail to ask Jimmy after he finished was if he installed the old code on the new key pad.

This is my 3rd time using Precision Door Service. My daughters door would not go up so I emailed Precision at 7 o’clock in the morning. Got a call at 8 from them to let me know a technician could come out between 8 and 10. 15 minutes later Geoffrey calls and says he can be there in 30 minutes. He checked everything and gave me 3 options, Good, Better, Best. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in a couple hours. Geoff explained everything and showed how to use the system. I am more than satisfied will continue to use Precision Doors. They seem to out do themselves every trip. Thanks Precision Door and Geoff.

The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because I thought the price was a little high but it was worth it with the service they provided. I would definitely use them again

I can't stress how good Geoff from Precision was. Called on his way, even offered to grab me a coffee, showed up on time, walked me thru what he was going to do and how long it would take. Afterwards, presented various options and solutions for both the short and long term. I first starting to do business with Precision as a company I selected at random. The gentleman that came to fix our door was David Eilers. He totally repaired our door and he suggested we take out a service that will last for a life time. We paid the extra for that service. Now our door weighs 300 pounds because I built the door myself and its made with tongue and groove cedar wood. Today the serviceman came because the door made a very loud noise when it closed. I looked over every part of that door and all of the hardware but I could not detect the cause of our problem. I called Precision, the Service man came out one earlier than originally planed but he called to make sure it was OK with us. It took him 5 minutes to detect the problem and another 5 minutes to fix it. I spent at least 2 hours looking for that problem and I did not come close to finding it. Precision did a wonderful job!!

This is the 2nd time using Precision Door Service. The springs broke on 2 different doors about 2 years apart. Both systems were about 20 years old and in rough condition. A technician was scheduled the same day I called. The technician presented 3 options: Good, Better, Best. There was no pressure to do any upgrades. I chose to do a complete repair (Best) which included everything except the door and rail system. The work was completed in less than 3 hours. A review of the work was completed when the job was done. The technician also programmed our vehicles. Very satisfied with the response time, communication, professionalism and quality of work.

The repair was very fast and the technician was awesome. I would only recommend checking around for prices before scheduling. I had 3 springs replaced for 2 doors and all the side gears and wire replaced and it was $2000.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision. Our garage door had been giving us issues for a couple years, which we had ignored, but finally stopped altogether after some overnight rain. We had Precision Garage Door service come out and take a look. They told me that basically everything about the garage door, except the door itself, needed to be replaced at a cost of over $3,500. The estimate was not itemized and the part numbers for the motor and opener were not provided. I requested an itemized estimate, but did not get one. It seemed steep, so I had PDQ come give another estimate. They arrived early. They immediately determined it was a minor laser sensor issue. They replaced the sensors and were gone in less than 2 hours and at a total cost out the door less than 1/10 of what Precision quoted me. They also gave me ideas about what to do in the future and what else I should be looking out for when it's time to replace the whole door. That quote was also well below what Precision quoted for just the motor and some other pieces. I would caution using this service and understand that they will try to upsell you significantly more than you need.

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair. Our garage door broke unexpectedly, and they had someone out within 48 hours (it could have been even sooner, but I had scheduling conflicts). The technician was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and provided three repair options at different price points without any pressure. Once we made our decision, he completed the repair the same day in under two hours. The service was efficient. It wasn't the cheapest repair, but it was absolutely worth the price for the service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!
