My garage door spring broke (with the door down), in the morning and was repaired same day. This was important since my only vehicle was trapped inside the garage. It was not possible to lift the door manually. The service repairman, Johnathan Guffey, even arrived earlier than scheduled. He worked in the pouring rain to insure same day service. He was very friendly as well as knowledgable. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing same day response.

Jonathan was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He suggested I install a key in case my I find myself in the same situation ( my fault, dead battery on keypad and both remotes in the car). I liked the price and he was able to install the key today even though the squeezed me in.

Called Precision Door to repair broken spring. We were able to get an appointment very soon. Employee called before he came out to work on door. Our technician was Jonathan Guffey. He checked out everything on our door. Replaced new wheels and replaced the springs. We also decided to have a new opener installed. The technician explained the work completed. Very satisfied with the Precision Door company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment. They did it in a very timely manner. The whole process was trouble free. Can’t say enough about this company. I’m extremely happy with the job they did for me. Thank you Precision Door Service!

I called several places but Precision Door has a local owner. They offered no service charge if the repair work was completed. David checked our door and explained that it wasn’t safe to try a fix on it that would cost us about 1/2 of a replacement. We got the door we wanted and a new opener installed in less than a week. Jonathon and Tyler were great. My floor isn’t level but they used a bigger seal to close the gap. Super polite, professional company. Every time someone came to the house they called before they left and offered to pick up s coffee or other drink for me. A thoughtful gesture from a company that gives you personal attention. Thanks for a great experience

We loved everything about this business. Lucked out and got it installed the same day they came out to show us what they had. Precision Overhead Garage is the BEST! I have been doing research to which company is the best before I decided to call POG. Our garage doors were really bad for years. Only one was working and it was not even in good shape that every time we open and close made me worried. Thinking that it might drop to the floor. Their staff are very professional and very attentive of your concerns. We had Luke and Jonathan. Both are very nice gentlemen. I am very satisfied of Jonathan's job today. I am happy that I had POG worked on my garage doors. I am Highly Recommended to people to have POG to work on your garage doors. They are the BEST!

The first service person I think was confused. He walked around a lot with IPAD in hand and seemed to be talking to someone with ear piece and a hidden mike. After an hour of pacing he put in a new spring above the front of the garage door. A nice young fellow but appeared lost with the mechanical issues. Johnathan, who came the next day, knew what he had to do and got right to work. He replaced and installed the new parts of the operator and its parts immediately. This took some time and he gave it a great effort. I was impressed with his workmanship. He is a wonderful worker.
