Harley was very knowledgeable and very courteous. When he called ahead, he insured that the timeframe for our appointment was still good for us. He had to stop and get gasoline for his vehicle and he offered to bring us coffee or water or anything we needed. He gave us three options for repairing our garage door. We really appreciated that. A full explanation was given before work was started. Questions were answered before and during installation. Used parts were shown to me and I was able to see what caused the breakdown of the door. Justin arrived on time and provided a 25 point inspection on my garage door. He also checked the door opener which is approximately 12 years old. His thorough and precise explanation was easy to understand and various options were provided. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision however there was a savings available if I had committed to a door/opener replacement today.

I called the office late Wednesday and was able to get an early appointment on Thursday. Justin called and arrived on time. He was very professional and kind. He did his inspection and very carefully explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. The work was completed and he went over everything he did. Jimmy came to my house yesterday to replace all moving parts on my garage door. From before he even showed up, until after he had left, his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. To add to that, when he figured out what was wrong with my garage, he gave many options to repair, with many options, and was absolutely not pushy about not getting the more expensive fixes. Once he was finished, he left my garage cleaner than it was when he got there. I won't hesitate to call them again if my garage breaks again. Alll in all the service was top tier, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and performed by a personable and knowledgeable technician

Your technician, David Eilers was exceptional. Not only did he call ahead to let us know he would be a little later than 2 pm but called again when he was on his way. He was very attentive as we described the trouble we were having. He identified the problem and discussed all our options. I was very impressed that we were able to have the installation done the same day as the service call. He went above and beyond helping us set up the app and programmed the car and remotes. He never seemed hurried or impatient. He was very personable and efficient. I do however wish I would have done my due diligence and checked into some competitor’s pricing because after the fact I feel we paid more than the average.

Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.
