Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.

Overall experience was excellent! David Allen was very professional; called to let us know his arrival time, explained issues thoroughly, and gave many options for fixing the door. Once work was completed, he explained everything he had done and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again!!!!

PUNCTUALITY, Expert in their professions and does the work without hesitation. Skillful and hard working. Charges are liberal and gives discount for seniors. Hope everyone be like them, kind and helpful. I am forced to say this because in May 2018 I had to gix my closet and other some work fixed. Hired Jolly Plumbers for their rate was slightly less. But they took money without completing the work and next day fixed new closet which was not new but broken and still leaking. There are very honest and kind people loke your company. God bless.
