The initial call and scheduling went smoothly and quickly at our convenience. The technician called promptly with a time of arrival and within a couple of moments I received a text with a picture and short bio about the technician prior to him arriving to our home. This is a first and I certainly appreciated that! When the technician, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived he was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable in his job! He did an assessment of our garage door, shared information about his findings and provided the options with no pressure tactics! I called on a Saturday and they had someone out Monday morning which was amazing. Chris was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The technician, Geoff Grouse, contacted us on schedule and let us know that he was on his way to our home. He quickly performed an inspection of the entire garage door system and discussed the issues that he found during the process. He presented options, and upon our decision, he quickly began implementing the new part. Completion of the job was right on his timed prediction, and we were very pleased with the results. He noted a needed adjustment to the door position, and quickly completed the task resulting in a smooth, quiet operation. We will not hesitate to contact him with any future issue.

Chris the technician did a great job was courtesy and polite. The office on the other hand did not return phone calls. I called on 7/27 and was told I would get a phone the next day that didn’t happen. When I called back I was told 24 to 36 hours I should get a call back that didn’t happen. So I called a third time on 8/4 and finally someone answered my warranty question and scheduled the technician for 8/5. The garage door opener could not be repaired a new one had to be installed which was covered under warranty, so this is the reason for the 3 star rating.

Hi i feel like I paid.a little too much for a garage door opener 1,415 $ for a basic opener but I had had a really good experience with Brandon the installer, he was up front honest with us and went above and beyond with our installation and even adjusted our other garage door and lubeed all our rollers before he left.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati exceeded my expectations. The associate who came over to my home called me first, offering to come earlier. I would've accepted such service, but it was not possible. What I did like is that the associate offered me a bottle of water, I accepted the offer, and he brought me a small bottle. Jimmy S. did a good job. I explained to him the issue (that my garage door was not closing as a result of a broken wire). After he came over, everything not only worked like a charm, but Jimmy made everything look even better than it did before. I wish I could give him more than just a good rating, as it's well deserved. This kind of service is non-existent with the gruesome displeasure of the Garage Door brand people. The two times I called those jokers I was greeted with unprofessionalism like I never experienced before. Precision door is right where it's at. Thanks, Precision, for doing an outstanding job.
