Kevin came out today (Sunday) and was so nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to our issues and concerns with our garage door and opener and provided great options to choose from, happily answering all our questions. He got us back up and running in a couple of hours and even programmed my car to the new opener he installed. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service, highly recommend!

Called to have a door wheel and bracket put back on. Came out and quoted me an outrageous price of $1355 to fix it. I told him I wasnt paying that much for a wheel and a brace and 30 minutes of work and he charged me a $150 service fee. All he did was come out and take a look and then ripped me off for $150. AE door did it for $211 and my garage door works fine now. I want my money back. Ripped off

He went the extra mile to listen to all my concerns, and to answer all my questions. Justin was also very respectful of my property. Precision Door may charge a little bit more than some of the other companies in town, however it is clear that their parts are of a higher quality, and their warranties also appear to be superior to other companies. He conducted a thorough inspection and provided a fair bid for the work needed to secure a safe and operable garage door. His work was professional and he left his work area clean and free of debris. Highly recommend both Precision and Geoff if you're in the market for garage door upgrades.

Initial Service Call: Cable fell off one of the drums on the garage door. Jimmy showed up and was fantastic in his valuation and explanation for the repair. The springs had lost their tension and balance and needed to be replaced. Professional service all the way. Two days later, the garage door malfunctioned due to the balance and new springs. A callback was placed, and Seth came out the same day and was fantastic, thoroughly inspecting every little detail of the tracks, motor, drives, and balance. I am not exactly sure which adjustments were made, but I know the service was excellent and that nothing was neglected. If we are being honest about these reviews, I was initially concerned about the total price of the initial call, parts, and labor. Considering the average cost of two springs on the market today, their markup is extreme. I was unhappy when the door malfunctioned two days later and was in worse condition than before the first repair. Seth's performance addressed all those concerns with the time and effort he invested in inspecting the above. My 5* rating is 100% based on the professionalism of both Technicians, Jimmy and Seth. Mechanical moving parts are what they are; things break, but it's how those are addressed and followed up on that makes for a good service.

Precision was quick to respond. The Tech Geoffrey was courteous and professional. Just be aware there is an up sale to this. It’s not over the top, they claim they will never tell you what what to do, and it’s just a suggestion but the plot is there. I get it it’s business and was low pressure. They send you the info on your tech before they arrive for safely. The his is a great feature. They have the business portion down. Why I can’t give 5 stars!?? I was quoted over $1500 for replacing one torsion spring. Something told me not be fooled by the up front glamour. So I call another business for a quote. One told me NOT to pay that much it was not that expensive but they couldn’t get me an appointment for a week. So I called one more a smaller company referred by a friend. They were there with in the hour on a Friday at 6pm! No one xtra fee. The Tech was professional and kind but was a smaller business so maybe not all the bells and whistles. I just needed my garage door fixed for a reasonable. I don’t need anll the bells. Austin had it replaced in 45 min for $550 a 5yr warranty still included!!!! The tech looked at the other garage door to state I didn’t need to worry right now. If something happened just to give them a call. So no up selling. I feel like precision tried to take me for a financial ride. Thank goodness I have learned to be a little paranoid as a single female. Always be sure to get more than one quote.
