Harley was great, represented the company well and very thorough. Not a fan on upselling, even though he explained everything well. Expensive compared to previous times I have had to replace springs. Ease of schedule and quick service was good.

A random Monday morning broken spring had me scrambling for help. A competitor was booked until Wednesday, but Precision immediately offered an on-site technician the same day in a reasonable timeframe. Harley was fantastic. He called first to confirm the appointment, let me know he might be early (which gave me time to get home from work), and then called again with an accurate ETA. On arrival, he asked questions, was very deliberate in explaining his process, and provided good/better/best options for repairs and replacements. I appreciated the motor inspection, which revealed it was close to burnout and might not even function after the springs were replaced. Replacements were quick and easy, and the new system is much quieter and more modern. Great experience...I would recommend Precision and Harley to anyone. Thanks!!

Tech installed new garage door spring because door was difficult to open and would not stay open. A week or so later his repair work failed because the door had to be held up with a 4x4. He later fixed the problem on a return visit. Upon closing the door after he left somehow the door shifted and I had extreme difficulty putting the lock in the latch to lock the door before I left. I'll have to move the entire latch to make easier to install the lock. I would not recommend you company to anyone unless they wanted inferior workmanship. If I had known what I know now I would have never called your company.

Harley Carter was our technician. He very clearly explained the 3 choices of coverage for the door and then told us what he needed to do. He then began working on the door and was soon finished; he began telling us what was broken and needed .to be replaced. We were given explanations of how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. kyle showed up on time, worked quickly. He was very polite, professional. Had a spring break on Friday evening, called and was impressed that I could get someone to come out on Sunday. Harley Carter first called with a window of time he would arrive and then again when he was 30 minutes away, very nice. He very polite and respectful of my house and nice to my dogs. He did his inspection and gave me several price options to fix the issue. The spring was obvious and so was the cables being broken but with his advice and knowing how everything has to come apart anyway I opted to replace the pulleys and bearings. Good thing to because they were done. Also, when he showed me the quality of the sealed bearing rollers, I opted for those as well. He quickly went to work and had it working in a short time. It wasn’t cheap but the convenience, quality of the parts, knowledge and experience of the tech was well worth it. Give Harley praise he’s one awesome guy! Thank you!

Kevin O'Hara, the technician sent to our home, first, was able to move our appointment to an earlier time, which was outstanding since it was Sunday. Second, he was immediately able to find the issue of the service call. This issue was covered under our warranty. It's rare in this day and age to find a company to provide service on Sunday, come early, send a true professional, such as Kevin, complete the job to perfection and have a warranty cover all charges. Precision Garage should be your go to company should you have a need. Ask for Kevin O'Hara he'll not let you down.
