Our garage door broke on Tuesday and we called Precision to setup an appointment with Kayla. She was super helpful and we had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Kevin, the technician was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what we needed and how much it would cost. He did an excellent job repairing our door. We had old garage door openers, including one that was over 30 years old. I had been repairing them every few months when something would go wrong, but one of them finally had a critical breakage (gear shaft snapped). Not long after contacting Precision, Kevin was in my garage, explaining my options. I already knew what I wanted, and he had some additional tips and tricks to quiet our noisy garage doors. It was all installed and running smoothly by dinner time, and this was on a Sunday. Now I can't even hear the garage doors open or close unless I'm standing next to them. Kevin didn't hard sell me on anything, just gave me options and let me pick. It looks like he reshaped some bent metal on my roller tracks too, so we don't need to replace them.

Yesterday morning trying to leave for work, the garage door would not open. Springs and cables were all broke. Tried another company but they couldn’t get out until a day later and late in the afternoon. I went on Precisions website and was able to schedule an appointment same day between 4-6 PM. The technician, Chris, messaged me and said he could be here earlier if okay and got here a little after 2. He was absolutely great to work with and explained all of the options and gave me his thoughts, while also asking for my thoughts on what to do. No pressure at all. Picked what I wanted done and he proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick time while even doing a little more to help ensure the life of our garage door. He was extremely communicative and kept me up to date thru the whole process. He explained the new equipment, got it all setup, walked my wife and thru the app and set everything up. And in two hours he was done and gone and other than the new QUIETER operation and new opener and parts you would not have known he was here. What a great professional to help us out and a pleasure to work with. Great representation of your company and would definitely use again. Have already told others how great he was and recommend using your company for their needs. Thanks again for the help and quick response.

Price charged for springs is $450.00 and on phone it was told $249.00 is a big difference. I don’t understand. And this service is such we can not hold for price.

When my son came this morning to put my garbage cans out the garage door would not open. He called Precision Door. They had someone here in the afternoon. Our technician Geoff was great. He asked all the right questions gave us 3 different options after a very thorough inspection. We gave him the go ahead with the best and most expensive option to get the lifetime warranty. He told us the job would take about 2.5 hours he was finished and cleaned up just inside the 2.5 hours. Very polite respectful young man. Obviously wasn’t planning on it costing as much as it did but I do feel like it was money well spent. Geoff replaced everything but the door itself.

A random Monday morning broken spring had me scrambling for help. A competitor was booked until Wednesday, but Precision immediately offered an on-site technician the same day in a reasonable timeframe. Harley was fantastic. He called first to confirm the appointment, let me know he might be early (which gave me time to get home from work), and then called again with an accurate ETA. On arrival, he asked questions, was very deliberate in explaining his process, and provided good/better/best options for repairs and replacements. I appreciated the motor inspection, which revealed it was close to burnout and might not even function after the springs were replaced. Replacements were quick and easy, and the new system is much quieter and more modern. Great experience...I would recommend Precision and Harley to anyone. Thanks!!

Tech installed new garage door spring because door was difficult to open and would not stay open. A week or so later his repair work failed because the door had to be held up with a 4x4. He later fixed the problem on a return visit. Upon closing the door after he left somehow the door shifted and I had extreme difficulty putting the lock in the latch to lock the door before I left. I'll have to move the entire latch to make easier to install the lock. I would not recommend you company to anyone unless they wanted inferior workmanship. If I had known what I know now I would have never called your company.
