Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati exceeded my expectations. The associate who came over to my home called me first, offering to come earlier. I would've accepted such service, but it was not possible. What I did like is that the associate offered me a bottle of water, I accepted the offer, and he brought me a small bottle. Jimmy S. did a good job. I explained to him the issue (that my garage door was not closing as a result of a broken wire). After he came over, everything not only worked like a charm, but Jimmy made everything look even better than it did before. I wish I could give him more than just a good rating, as it's well deserved. This kind of service is non-existent with the gruesome displeasure of the Garage Door brand people. The two times I called those jokers I was greeted with unprofessionalism like I never experienced before. Precision door is right where it's at. Thanks, Precision, for doing an outstanding job.

Scheduling with Precision was so easy and they had availability first thing the following day. Chris was phenomenal! He called me first thing in the morning to ensure my appointment block still worked for my schedule, and then again to give me a 30 minute advance notice of his arrival. Upon arrival Chris took the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our existing garage door issue and what resolution we were seeking. He provided us with a “Good, Better, Best” resolution options, which made it simple in making a decision. I greatly appreciated Chris answering all of my questions. Our garage door broke on Tuesday and we called Precision to setup an appointment with Kayla. She was super helpful and we had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. We had old garage door openers, including one that was over 30 years old. I had been repairing them every few months when something would go wrong, but one of them finally had a critical breakage (gear shaft snapped). Not long after contacting Precision, Kevin was in my garage, explaining my options. I already knew what I wanted, and he had some additional tips and tricks to quiet our noisy garage doors. It was all installed and running smoothly by dinner time, and this was on a Sunday. Now I can't even hear the garage doors open or close unless I'm standing next to them. Kevin didn't hard sell me on anything, just gave me options and let me pick. It looks like he reshaped some bent metal on my roller tracks too, so we don't need to replace them.

Yesterday morning trying to leave for work, the garage door would not open. Springs and cables were all broke. Tried another company but they couldn’t get out until a day later and late in the afternoon. I went on Precisions website and was able to schedule an appointment same day between 4-6 PM. The technician, Chris, messaged me and said he could be here earlier if okay and got here a little after 2. He was absolutely great to work with and explained all of the options and gave me his thoughts, while also asking for my thoughts on what to do. No pressure at all. Picked what I wanted done and he proceeded to make the repairs in a very quick time while even doing a little more to help ensure the life of our garage door. He was extremely communicative and kept me up to date thru the whole process. He explained the new equipment, got it all setup, walked my wife and thru the app and set everything up. And in two hours he was done and gone and other than the new QUIETER operation and new opener and parts you would not have known he was here. What a great professional to help us out and a pleasure to work with. Great representation of your company and would definitely use again. Have already told others how great he was and recommend using your company for their needs. Thanks again for the help and quick response.
