Kevin O'Hara, the technician sent to our home, first, was able to move our appointment to an earlier time, which was outstanding since it was Sunday. Second, he was immediately able to find the issue of the service call. This issue was covered under our warranty. It's rare in this day and age to find a company to provide service on Sunday, come early, send a true professional, such as Kevin, complete the job to perfection and have a warranty cover all charges. Precision Garage should be your go to company should you have a need. Ask for Kevin O'Hara he'll not let you down.

My experience with this company was excellent, beginning with the upfront call to set up the appointment to the end of the repair visit. All parties involved were very professional. The plans were explained to me with no pressure to buy one over the other; I got to choose what was best for my circumstances. I was shown what the issues were, and after the repairs were made, was shown where the repairs were made and the additional items I received. I am definitely pleased with a much brighter light for my garage and the sensor lights. Overall, I am happy with this experience, this company, and very happy to recommend them. He arrived and we reviewed what happened. He explained what he was going to look at before he started. Upon completion of his inspection, he reviewed with me in details the service options. I had Precision Overhead door in June of 2025 install a new Torque system instead of the spring system that was the current system on the door. They did a wonderful job. I recently had a problem with the door not closing all the way at times. I called and they sent Kevin out the very next day. He checked it out and adjusted some wiring and it works like new. Kevin was very nice and extremely efficient. I give Precision Overhead door and Kevin five gold stars.

My technician was Christophe Woods My spring broke and I called immediately the scheduled me the next morning. My spring broke but I also had issues with my opener. Chris assessed everything and went through throughly what was going on. He repaired my spring and installed an opener. He then walked me through on how to set up and use my opener. He is very professional and knowledgeable! I can’t say nothing but positive things about Chris! I really appreciate you taking the time and doing a great job for me! The prices on the other hand was shocking but I haven’t had to do anything with my garage for a few years. Everything is expensive now! Thanks so much Chris!
