Precision was able to get me in the books in less than 12 hours. The online booking feature was very important given my door broke at 7pm. Justin's communication pre-visit was perfect. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He fixed the garage door in a very timely manner. Brian Hauser did an excellent job in explaining the problems with my old garage door opener, and the options I had in fixing those problems. He quickly fixed these problems after I decided what option I preferred. I am very happy with the quick service I was given to solve problems which did not allow me to open/ close the garage door. We were very pleased with the service provided and the technician (David Allen) who performed the work. I called Precision Garage Door Service in the morning because one of our garage doors was not operating correctly and was immediately scheduled for an appointment that same afternoon. Our technician arrived early, was very professional, quickly identified the problem, and provided various options to resolve it. Both garage doors and openers are 16 years old. The doors are still in great shape, so we choose to do a torsion conversion and add a new opener on both doors. Dave was very skilled and knowledgeable and was finished in less than 3 hours. He explained everything to us and set up all of our codes and keypads for us. We highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service and our technician. Thanks for the great work!

First time ever using this company. 5 our of 5 starts. We had a springs break over the holiday. I was able to book the appointment online on New Year's Eve. Which was a big deal because most companies couldn't get here until 1-3-24. That just wouldn't work for us. Great Company and even better customer service.

I feel so lucky to have found Precision Overhead Garage Door services! The service tech was Luke and he was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and he came out on a freezing Saturday morning. It was a great experience. The turn around from the phone call to the job being completed was fast. David showed up and was very nice and did a great job installing the new opener as well as replacing wore out components like the door spring, pulleys and cables.
