Kevin was amazing. He called me about 15 minutes before he was going to be at my house. Told me he had to stop to get gas before coming to my house and offered to get me a coffee or something else to drink. Kevin also sent me a text message with his picture so I knew exactly what he looked like. Kevin was very professional, great customer service and explained to me what I needed to get done. All in all I was very pleased with the service from Kevin.

I had a broken spring so scheduled an appointment. Jimmy was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out some issues with my opener and that it was 20+ years old. I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. My technician, Harvey, was fantastic from start to finish. He called ahead to confirm the scheduled service window, then called again to let me know he was on the way—with an ETA right at the very start of the window, which I truly appreciated. Harvey took time to walk me through all of my options, explaining everything clearly and listening to what I felt comfortable with. His attention to detail and communication were outstanding. Although the installation ended up taking longer than expected, he didn’t rush or push it off to another day. Instead, he brought in another technician to ensure the job was completed that same visit. I’m extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right. the technician was there on time and courteous. talked a lot about safety issues and that we probably needed a new motor due to age of garage door and some things were failing. He gave us an estimate of 2500.00 dollars for everything that should be replaced to be safe. We thought that was pretty outrageous and told him no thank you. I called another company today and they told me it would be 499 to replace the motor. So I don't know why you are so expensive.

We needed to replace all of the moving parts to our garage doors, which were originals and over 20 years old. Jonathan Guffey was very helpful and enthusiastic. You can tell he is proud of his work and it showed. The work was completed the very same day and in less time than anticipated! We now have a lifetime warranty on our garage doors and I feel confident that we'll be in good hands if we ever need Precision Garage Doors in the future.
