We give Jake and Precision a five star rating! We purchased a much needed replacement for our garage door opener and are pleased with both the product choices and great service we received from Jake. Reviews from Angie’s List and BBB was the original reason I contacted Precision for replacement of my garage door. I got estimates from other companies also. The final factor for choosing Precision was the professionalism of their representative Tanner Claybaker. The was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed when he responded to my inquiries!

Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

Justin Napierala was a very informed , kind and knowledgeable sales technician. I feel the quotes he presented to me were very high and quite frankly not reasonable. The next quotes from other comprable companies I received were 66% less. That’s too bad you have such a wonderful employee that may not reach his full potential while at a company that cost of repairs and parts are un reasonable. He is doing his job in excellence but Company Rules are absorbent and may have a hinderance on obtaining sales contracts. Thank You
