After calling another company in town for yearly repairs, I decided to try someone else. I’m glad I made the call to Precision after reading the positive reviews online. The service was top notch. I appreciated receiving a text message with the technician’s name, photo and a personal note about his hobbies. David Allen was knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST about the work that needed to be done. David did an excellent job with the repair. I would highly suggest requesting him. Thank you, David!

We give Jake and Precision a five star rating! We purchased a much needed replacement for our garage door opener and are pleased with both the product choices and great service we received from Jake. Reviews from Angie’s List and BBB was the original reason I contacted Precision for replacement of my garage door. I got estimates from other companies also. The final factor for choosing Precision was the professionalism of their representative Tanner Claybaker. The was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed when he responded to my inquiries!

Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.
