Is easy for me to give Precision Garage Door Service and especially the technician that worked on and fixed our garage door issues a solid 5 stars. I called one day and had an appointment which fit my schedule for the very next day....a Saturday. Wasn't exactly sure what was causing our intermitant opening issue but didn't take long for Chris (the tech) to diagnose and provide us options for repair. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, easy going, efficient and provided us with more than I had anticipated at a very reasonable price. No hard sell...just facts and options. Much appreciated. He finished quicker than I had anticipated and left the area cleaner than he found it. Only thing that would have made this experience better is if it had been free. Totally pleased, totally recommend Precision and totally suggest you ask for Chris Daughtery to do your work.

I had a great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair. Our garage door broke unexpectedly, and they had someone out within 48 hours (it could have been even sooner, but I had scheduling conflicts). The technician was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and provided three repair options at different price points without any pressure. Once we made our decision, he completed the repair the same day in under two hours. The service was efficient. It wasn't the cheapest repair, but it was absolutely worth the price for the service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service. I called on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday, my tech, Jimmy Schmidt, arrived as scheduled at 10 am. I had three fairly old wood garage doors, all with varying repair needs. He took the time to educate me on all parts and options. I asked Jimmy to break his quote down several ways, and in 15 minutes, he gave me several options. I was able to decide immediately what made sense for me regarding springs, rollers, and operators. I absolutely love the technology of the keypads and the aesthetics of the LED contemporary light on the Liftmaster operator. Especially helpful for my schedule, the assistance of additional techs allowed the entire project to be completed by mid-afternoon.

Called 3 door companies, one had an AI interface and took a while to call me back. The other handled my call right away but needed me to determine if I needed a repair or a new door. How am I supposed to know that? He said, well if you need a new door that will be about 3 weeks. Way too long. Finally, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and I interreacted with a human and they scheduled an appointment for 90 minutes later. We've had many service people over the years but this, by far, has been the best experience ever. It started when I first called and was greeted by the pleasant service call receptionist who took down all the information then scheduled a time. Next was a call from the driver mentioning he could be early, then mentioned he had to stop and get gas first and wanted to know if he could pick up a drink for me while he was there. When he showed up he was friendly and personable and soft spoken. Then preceded to trouble shoot the GDO, pointing out what was wrong and offered to find a replacement at a good price. At no time was money discussed till we decided to replace the defective opener we had called about. We were blown away how reasonable it was. He removed the old and replaced with new in no time and cleaned up everything even programming our van to work with the new opener. I would recommend Precision GD anytime. Glad we chose them. 180 from the first company I called and decided not to use.

Our technician (David) did a fantastic job. We have a 45 year old (heavy) cedar sided door. The weight of the door was causing multiple problems. Quinn our technician was very nice and professional and did a very nice and neat job. I just thought the price was way too high, He said they use premium springs that last much longer. I checked around later and found that to replace two standard springs was $325 to $400. which is way cheaper than the $1000. they charged me.

Called for a spring repair. Understood service call would require payment. However the repairman was a salesman as well and upsold unnecessary items on a 4 year old door. Only wanted spring replaced but options started at over $1000. Not at all what I was looking for. Be prepared for more conversation and selling than you should have to deal with.
