Called for a spring repair. Understood service call would require payment. However the repairman was a salesman as well and upsold unnecessary items on a 4 year old door. Only wanted spring replaced but options started at over $1000. Not at all what I was looking for. Be prepared for more conversation and selling than you should have to deal with.

Jon Guffey did a very professional repair on our garage door. I opted to replace all worn parts and now the door operates quieter and smoother. Also got a 5 year warranty. Very satisfied with the work done. Jon was very polite and answered all my questions. He also gave me several options. Very low pressure in what to purchase.

All parts needed were in the truck so there wasn’t a delay in the repairs. The door seals better and is so quiet now. Amazing! No upsell pressure! Precision Door installed my new opener about 3 years ago, the backup battery was defective and they got someone out to fix it for me very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the service technician was fantastic, he even blew all he cobwebs out from around the opener and the garage door.

I was so impressed with the safety text prior to the arrival of the tech giving his name, his picture and his bio. Brad was professional, experienced at his job, very knowledgeable about the products that were needed to fix the problems I was having with my garage doors. The response time could not have been much faster. Called early morning and on site by noon. The broken spring coil was replaced. Dave Allen and Assistant (Dave) were fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly. I did have some sticker shock on the price. Dave and Dave remediated everything in about an hour. The final price seemed steep for an hour of work and material prices. I would still recommend Precision for the response time, professionalism and assurance to resolve the problem.

when I call to make appointment the ladies were very nice and help me and answer all my question. I received a call to do the job earlier and they work me into their schedule . I also received a call from installer giving me the time when to expect him. I also ask if he would text me to confirm so I knew when to expect the truck and Dave was very nice and answer all my question before , during and after the job was finish . It was nice to work with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repaired or replaced

We chose your company thru glowing customer reviews online. Brian came to assess our problems. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that we understood the problem and our options. He replaced our garage door opener, rollers (and other minor things) and put in a new keypad, which hadn’t worked for 35 plus years. The garage door works well now, is QUIETER, doesn’t jump and rattle or get stuck, and the rollers don’t jump off the track! This brings us peace of mind in knowing a job is well done and we can depend on good performance from our garage door in the future. I would highly recommend this company and Brian represented your company well! Thank you.
