George from the Precision Team sent us a text that he was on his way a little before the appointment time of 12 -2. He was punctual and honest with the diagnosis of our garage door problem. He adjusted the spring that operates the door when he could have said the spring was shot and charged us for a new one. That kind of honesty and integrity is what will get all of our families' future business. Additionally impressive was the bio that was sent which included a picture of George so that we were sure of who was coming to make the repair. Top notch and classy company! Thanks for your service!
