Justin explained all our options very well, to get the two doors operating efficiently again. Gave us different cost scenarios to choose from and what each package would include. No pressure, and explained things very well. We are more than satisfied. Only issue was the inability to get any of the car remote buttons working from my Lexus, and the inability of getting the second button to operate from my wife’s Toyota, both which worked properly with the old openers. Explained we would have to have the dealer probably alter the program. A little frustrating, but apparently not the fault of the new equipment, nor Justin’s fault. Not a big deal. We can get that hopefully easily resolved the next time the cars go in for service. Thank you!!

The service is eay over priced and the technician was very pushy. I had to ask him to leave multiple times because I wanted a second opinion. He tried to start the work before I was home to give and consent. He also tried to sell us a new motor when mine isn't broken. He wanted $1900 for a conversion unit. He also lied telling me that the company that built my garage was out of business. They aren't. Then he tried to impose a service charge when the website clearly states that there isn't one if no work is completed. Do NOT use this company.

Justin was awesome fixing the garage door issue at our house today. He took time to hear what the issue was and then worked, in 38 degree garage, to get the garage door working. During testing, he noticed the door wasn't opening quite as it should and so he replaced the springs as they were working as expected. After several adjustments and up/down tests, the garage door is now working properly and efficiently. He also walked me through regular maintenance is needed to keep it working. Thank you Justin, 5 stars!!!

We have used precision for a few years now and they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to simply replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. I'm so sick and tired of companies who we have done work with try and take advantage of us. I'm a very loyal person and would think companies would make sure they are taking care of their current customers. On top of that the technician that came out was a little off. We will most likely not be using precision doors going forward unless they can do something about our horrible experience we had yesterday.

The technician, Justin, from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Cincinnati repaired our giant pole barn garage door structure (springs, cable, rollers, etc) with better components. We needed help with our garage door after the spring broke. Justin did a great job inspecting and explaining some of the other issues that were contributing to the spring failure. The parts were old/worn and putting a lot of strain on the opener. He was willing to take the time to address my questions. He was very efficient with the repair process and able to complete a full rebuild and new opener installation in about 90 minutes. Very pleased with the finished project.
