Precision was very responsive to an emergency request. Justin (the technician) arrived at the stated time and was very informative about the necessary and recommended work. He explained everything and the associated cost prior to moving forward. The work was completed in a timely manner. Justin was polite and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I called for a spring repair. The repair tech was very kind and courteous however after inspecting the door he gave me a quote for over $3000. He listed off several "issues" which after a second opinion from another garage door repair company indicated where not issues. This included a dysfunctional opener which he diagnosed due to charring on the components which was not present and it not fully cycling which the other company fixed by running a full cycle (simply holding the button down). The Precision Door repair tech then charged me $99 for the inspection which I believe was a misleading attempt to raise the quote.

Justin Napierala serviced our home a few weeks ago, and he was very polite in informing me that the only thing needed was to hit the reset button. I give this rating as customer service was not up to standard in my opinion, tech Justin was a great guy, professional, did a great job on the install, went over everything, after he completed the job, and had left ended up with an issue, called the company and customer service was supposed to get in touch with someone to see if someone could come back and address the issue and was supposed to call me back to advise, which they did schedule for someone to come the next day, well never received a call back after waiting almost 40 minutes! So ended up calling them and they did get in touch with Justin and he came back and took care of the issue, so great service from Justin but not customer service. And first time I have used this company so will have to think on it next time.

We tried a few numbers and yours was one that really answered and were able to show up the same day. Our garage door failed on Friday night, we called Saturday morning and where able to show up between 4 and 6. The young man, I am sorry I don't remember his name and called us at 2:30 and arrived by 3. He was exceeding friendly, smiling and full of energy. He worked gently on the door for two and half hours, friendly all the time. He explained everything for us and left information if we had any problems. He was one of the best helpers we have had.
