Justin N. came out within 20 minutes of my service call (garage door intermittently reverses and descends). He called and asked a few questions, before he arrived. Justin N. explained everything in detail prior to beginning. He even checked our functional door. He spoke with clarity and knowledge. He gave me options to have a functional garage door. Additionally he gave me options on improving the door’s stability, functionality and safety. Justin N. was the most kind professional I’ve used, for any home repair. He completed the work with precision and accuracy. After, Justin N. showed me all the repairs and install. He then gave me step-by-step instructions for what he did, and how to operate the unit. He often asked if I had questions: which I didn’t, do to his explanation prior. Justin N. deserves accolades for a perfect job and experience. 5 Stars and an A+. Thanks again, Justin N.!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues

Precision Door was quick to respond, had someone out the day my door broke, and was able to clearly explain the issues to me. Called to have a door wheel and bracket put back on. Came out and quoted me an outrageous price of $1355 to fix it. I told him I wasnt paying that much for a wheel and a brace and 30 minutes of work and he charged me a $150 service fee. All he did was come out and take a look and then ripped me off for $150. AE door did it for $211 and my garage door works fine now. I want my money back. Ripped off

It was a pleasure doing business with your company. First of all, when I called, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Then I was glad to receive a text stating that the technician was on his was, along with a picture of the person to expect. Kevin was a true professional, listening to the problem and then figuring out what was needed. Unfortunately for me, my system was old and parts were no longer made, but he showed me the different options and was able to install the one I chose same day and by the time I had to leave to pick up the grandkids. I appreciated the photos and brief bio of Seth before he arrived. Seth was punctual, professional and courteous. He not only resolved the issue with the garage door closing and then opening right away, but he was thorough examining all the parts of the door, making sure everything was working properly and efficiently. We had Justin come out and service our garage door. He called about 45 minutes before he got there to let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come early. When he got here he made sure to get as much info as he could to find out what happened. When he did his review of our system he made sure to explain everything that was going on. We had a broken spring and other components were in bad condition. He gave us options on how they could get our door back up and running. We decided to do a full rebuild and replaced all of our components. Justin made sure to fully explain everything he was doing. He was quick and effecient with his work. I would reccomend precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement especially our technician Justin!

Absolutely terrible place. Take pride in their reviews I was told. I should have read the 1 stars first because it is the exact same experience as most other people. My technician was rude and annoying and super awkward. Started out alright. He looks at my torque master spring system then just tells me they don’t make replacement parts. Not only that he doesn’t carry the parts or doesn’t service that type but lies to tell me they don’t make replacement parts for that system. He then goes to do his full safety check and good lord if they don’t shove that down your throat. In this time I look up my spring system and found an entire replacement kit for 165 dollars… the whole system. Fixing the whole spring setup. Come back out to him saying my opener is awful and “burning” and that I need a new opener and springs system… 1500 dollars for just the spring or 3500 for the spring and opener…. Insanity. I then say I would like to print it out and get some other opinions and this weird tech Justin got so mad and offended. He literally acted shocked I would want to compare then throws a 150 dollar “service charge” at me after he realized I don’t want to do it.

Justin N was Awesome! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He started out by asking about the use of my garage doors that I have never thought about! He listened intently about the issues I was having and did a great job explaining the issues I had going on. He gave me several options for the repairs and did not push me toward the most expensive options. He had all materials on his truck to do all the repairs, and walked me through all his work.
