Garage Door Repair Reviews in Felicity, OH (Updated June 2026)

David kept me informed of when he would be here, showed up when he said he would, explained our options, and took our order for two new doors and garage door openers. I called Precision this time, because of our good experience the last time we needed service, which, coincidently, was also performed by David. David gave me some advice for temporarily repairing the door, until the new doors could be procured/installed.

I called PDS because the wall switch for our garage door opener would not open the garage door. They came out the same day and installed a new garage door opener. The technician was very professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job.

I called because one of my two overhead doors had lost spring tension. Dave was very helpful and efficient. When i found out that the spring assembly was an obsolete part, I decided to have both doors repaired, having the spring assembly and rollers replaced. Both doors work great.
