Keon removed my old door and opener, installed the new ones, he then walked me through the operation of the opener and controls. All my questions were answered before he left and I am very very pleased with the job he did!! Thanks folks, much appreciated!

Precision employee Chris was here as scheduled. Very nice and very knowledgeable as to the problem with our overhead garage door. He took the time to present several options to repair the door. Was clear and precise. Door repaired in about an hour. Chris explained fully what he installed and how to use it. Absolutely would have Precision back (and hope it's Chris!)

Quinn our installer was professional and very pleasant. He had to change springs rollers and all moving parts. He kept me informed of his findings and worked steadily. And efficiently. On March 1 2024 your technician David Eilers and his side kick showed up my house with a pretty big ego about everything, he showed me like 3 different options maybe more none I was too excited about so I told him I wanted a second opinion on what I needed and right at that point his attitude kicked in telling me my door was going to crash down and kill my wife and plenty more I won’t get into. I payed $175.00 just for an estimate and that’s how I get treated. Then he takes off with my remote and an hour and a half later has to drive all the way back to my house and still had no respect. And today March 7 2024 I had another company come out and give estimate for $19.95! And performed work in a timely manner for a total of $485.00 Precision lowest price was $1100.00!
